The Space:
Welcome to your dream beach getaway in Palm Coast! This beautiful 3 Bed/2 Bath beach home is nestled on a private .5-acre lot, offering a serene escape with a romantic heated pool. With a golf cart included, you can easily explore the area and enjoy the stunning sunrise over the beach and sunsets by the pool.

This recently renovated home features a luxurious open floor plan, perfect for family gatherings. The spacious kitchen boasts a large center island and an expandable dining table that comfortably seats eight. The cozy family room is equipped with a large screen TV, providing a perfect space for relaxation. The huge master suite includes a king-size bed and a luxurious bathroom with a freestanding tub and a large walk-in shower. A separate kids' room with a twin bed and trundle is ideal for families. The split bedroom layout ensures privacy, with two additional bedrooms featuring queen-size beds sharing a second beautiful bathroom.

Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $287 + tax per week. Please let us know in advance if you wish to have the pool heated for your visit.

Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!

Other Things to Note:
Pool heater is available for $50 per day or $287 per week or $200 weekly for multi week stays. Please make sure to let us know ahead of time if you would like to add the pool heater to your stay.
