Enjoy our 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2 story condo directly on the beach with direct beach access. First-floor kitchen and living room bedrooms are on the second floor. Very large back deck that is shared with the neighbors but there are 2 retractable screens for privacy if needed. Deck includes outdoor furniture to enjoy your favorite beverage while watching the sunrise or sunset. Located on quiet Surf Dr. but within walking distance to restaurants, bars & lots of kid activities.

We are located on Surf Dr. where within walking distance/short drive there is Guadalajara Mexican Restaurant, Mr Puff’s ice cream, Alibi's bar, Panama Pizzeria, Longboards - bar & grill, and Wendy’s. Located a few miles East is Thomas Dr. with lots of restaurants including the popular Dat Cajun Place and Diego's Burrito Factory and Margarita bar among many more.
Outdoor Ring cameras are active for monitoring outdoor activities only for guest safety.

The Condo on the beach was awesome! Perfect location within walking distance to everything needed. We stayed 2 nights and the check in and check out process was smooth.

Perfect Location

This unit was perfect for a last-minute beach getaway with our Golden Retriever. The location is beautiful and within walking distance of restaurants and bars—can’t beat staying right on the beach. Very clean and good communication from host. Some things have been updated, but still can use a lot of work. Furnishings are old and no real decor. That said, it is exactly as the listing shows, and the price is right.

Beautiful Views!!

We has a terrific stay. The location couldnt have been more perfect being only steps to the beach. The next door neighbors were so sweet. We chatted with them on a few occasions. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. The views were our favorit part!

Great Place

This was a great, pet friendly townhouse with direct access to the beach. It was equipped well with amenities and the views were spectacular. It wasn’t far from some of the popular restaurants so that was a plus. We also arrived earlier than planned and was able to check in early. Overalll great place to stay with family and pets.

Family vacation 2023

Our family of 6 stayed here for a week in June for a family vacation. It is truly right on the beach which is fantastic and the views are wonderful. We had a little trouble with the washer but the owners were very responsive and the issue was resolved within a few minutes! The neighbors next door were fantastic… we thoroughly enjoyed chatting with them!

Great townhouse and perfect location!

The townhouse is very nice, perfect location and gorgeous view! It was so convenient to be right on the beach! The neighbors are super nice and welcoming, we enjoyed spending a little time with them and getting to know them. Only a couple of details that won't negatively affect our 5 star rating: if we had been 6 adults, there weren't enough coffee cups, and they weren't all microwave friendly (one got VERY hot). Check-in at 4pm, we got there almost at 5:00 and there was no toilet paper. Good thing I had packed some! But the cleaning lady brought some shortly after, so all was well. Overall a great experience, so we highly recommend! Thanks!! Jose and Family!

It’s a great location

Great location but the house leaves a little to be desired. Check in was 4pm and the cleaning lady was there until 4:45pm which isn’t a problem really but she didn’t have any towels for us. She didn’t bring them back until like 7:30pm and we kind of wanted to shower to go out to eat. The house also smells like dogs heavily. The back deck is actually a shared deck with the permanent residents who own their condo next door. It’s separate decks but they are connected. The people next door were kind of rude and didn’t really speak to us at all. My daughter was coming from the beach to the back sliding door and the lady next door was on the phone. She put her hand up to my kid trying to tell her to be quiet I think. I don’t think so lady. Go inside and talk on the phone. Needless to say I won’t be staying here again. For the amount of money I paid for 2 nights here it’s not worth it to have to deal with neighbors ever. It is right on the beach but that’s about the only plus to it. The house itself is pretty nice inside but it’s nothing spectacular. Next time I will stay at a place ran by a vacation rental company rather than an individual. The manager communicated very good though and was quick to respond.

Thank you for your feedback. The delayed check-in and lack of towels for several hours is inexcusable and are being addressed along with the issues with the neighbor. We do our best to keep it well cleaned and fresh of smells however we are a pet-friendly property. As for the price point, it is reflective of it being a holiday weekend during peak season and the property being oceanfront.

Terrible Experience and Terrible Property Owners

We arrived to the unit to discover that it had not been cleaned, the master bedroom had no bed linens, mold in the master bathroom on the ceiling, an entire bag of trash was in the foyer, dirty dishes in the sick, laundry in the dryer, a full dishwasher, no hand towels or soap in the bathrooms, no trash bags & the place was filthy. We immediately contacted the property owners. They apologized & said someone would be there by 5:00 to clean. A guy finally showed up to clean, and this guy appeared to be strung out on drugs, smelled of urine, very dirty from head to toe, & appeared to be living out of the van he showed up in. My husband and I both felt as if this was a security issue, especially since we had 3 teenage girls with us. We had to have the girls leave the property, due to the security threat of this guy, while we waited outside until after 6:30 for this man to leave. After he finally left, we notified the property owners of all of the things that the guy failed to do. He failed to clean up the dirty dishes in the sink, failed to unload the dishwasher, failed to put the stack of rugs back where they each belonged & the unit was still filthy after he left. We told the property owners that we just wanted them to be aware of the situation and not to send him back. We also requested a new door access code to the unit because we did not want this guy to have access to our unit during our stay, we didn’t feel safe. It was a big security threat to us. The property owners never replied until the next day. The owner Chris apologized & said he could provide us with a new door code if we were in front of the door. I proceeded to leave the beach & walked back to the property to get the new code with Chris on the phone. Once there at the door, Chris stated that he would have to call me back about 3 hours later because he didn’t have the paperwork to change the code. I clearly heard Chris state that the guy was a felon and that he doesn’t know for sure if he’s on drugs or not. When I reiterated that we were eager to get a new door code & settle on some type of rebate for all of the issues, I stressed because the cleaner guy was an apparent felon. Chris flipped out on the phone & asked us to leave the property & proceeded to threaten my husband & I, stating that if he wasn’t 5 hours away he would be there in person to look us in the eyes. Needless to say we left, found a new place to stay & disputed the entire trip for a refund. Not recommended!

Allison, your experience with the unit not being ready for check-in was inexcusable. Our normal cleaning lady was out of town and she had her husband clean for her and he did an awful job. We apologized for this and told you you would be compensated for the late check-in and dirty conditions. You continued being demanding, at no point did Chris tell you that he was a felon. We have never discussed this so that was a lie. We gave you a complete refund because of your experience with the late check-in and the unit being dirty. The reviews go both ways so we have in turn provided future hosts with a review of you as a guest. Would not recommend hosting this guest as they are extremely demanding and then fabricate things to be said that were not said.

Honestly, the pictures don’t do this place justice. I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival. The property was clean and cozy, neighbors were very friendly, and it is right on the beach! We absolutely enjoyed our stay.

Short get-away

Great pet friendly, single home townhouse with direct access to the beach. Well equipped brand new kitchen and great views from deck and balcony. Great easy access to restaurants too. Everything was hassle free and sunrise/sunset was amazing.
