We were blown away by SEACHASE 702E! The condo is BRAND NEW and Beautiful! It was absolutely stunning. The private beach was spectacular—clean, peaceful, and NEVER overcrowded. We loved the Free beach chairs that were included. The VIEWS from every room are incredible! This is the nicest condo we've ever stayed in and we can't wait to come back!

This property was fantastic! The view was great and the unit was tastefully decorated. The friendly owners responded promptly with any question or concern. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The layout of this condo is very open with 2 king size bedrooms on opposite ends allowing for privacy and good family time. It was one of the best units we have stayed in and we plan on coming back next year. A 10 out of 10!

Absolutely Amazing Stay – The Only Place I’ll Stay! Our stay at SeaChase 702E was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away. The condo is beautiful, and the views of the Gulf are simply breathtaking. Waking up to that view every morning was something special.The location couldn’t be better. Everything we could possibly need—great restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and more—was just minutes away, yet the condo still felt like the perfect private getaway.The private beach and beach chair service were truly world-class. Being able to step outside and enjoy such a beautiful stretch of beach made the entire experience even better.And the hosts… we absolutely love them! They are amazing and made sure our stay was everything we hoped it would be.We’ve found our place. There is only one condo we’ll be staying at from now on when we visit the Gulf—702E at SeaChase! We’re already looking forward to coming back.10/10 – Highly recommend!

Ah-mazing! This was our second stay with this host. We previously stayed in another unit that they owned. The property is newly renovated. We love that this property allows pets. It’s refreshing how easy the host and hostess are to communicate with, and how concerned they are about every stay in their units from booking to departure. The view is absolutely amazing and the beach, well, to us, it’s the only place to be. This was the perfect rental for our vacation. We look forward to staying with this host on many more occasions.

702E was absolutely awesome! Everything felt brand new, incredibly clean, and very well taken care of. The space was fresh, comfortable, and exactly what you hope for when you arrive. You can tell a lot of attention was put into keeping everything spotless and welcoming. We had a great experience and would definitely stay at 702E again. Highly recommend!

“I could live here,” were the first words my husband said when we first arrived at the condo. We were happy to find the condo is exactly as described and pictured in the listing. Communications with our hosts was excellent and the view of the water is amazing. There is plenty of space for everyone with a generous living room, dining room, and kitchen combination. Two master bedrooms with king beds and bunk room for the kids. We highly recommend staying here and we will be back to enjoy another vacation at 702E!

The place is centrally located near McGuire’s restaurant which had the best steaks. The condo was super clean and exactly as pictured. The only hiccup we had was how to turn on the shower in the 2nd bathroom. The owners were very prompt to respond and were so nice. The rest of the building is simple with a pool in the middle. Perfect for when u need to cool off from the 100 weather. They had parking under the building for shade but also next to the building for more room, especially if you have things on the roof. Overall, we had a great experience except for the sargasm in the ocean.

The unit is a brand new renovation, beautifully decorated, well equipped with all the necessities, and on the perfect floor to see the ocean. This unit almost made the vacation aside from the beach itself. Floor to ceiling windows made the ocean view from the unit - breathtaking. We did not feel one speck of sand as we walked into the unit in awe, super clean! This is a perfect place for families with kids. (The unit is even better in person!)Jeff is awesome!! Highly flexible, extremely communicative, and just a nice person in general. I would highly recommend any of his properties based on the way he runs his business. He earned more than 5 stars!!!I can’t wait to book this property again. Honestly, better than Destin and Orange Beach. This unit is it!
