Great Experience!

The property is as advertised. Clean and well maintained, located overlooking the beach. It was was easy to access and located near many of the activities we were looking forward to enjoying. We even got to see a dolphin swimming alonf the shoreline the last morning of our stay.

Great location and easy access to pet walk area. Property very dog friendly. Property was under renovation and construction was very noisy while you were in condo during the day.

Perfect stay with the fur child

Amazing views! Only steps to the grassy area out front for the pup, extremely convenient. Kitchen was properly stocked. Beach access was perfect. Chairs and umbrella provided was a plus. Overall a great stay and will likely return.

The condo was perfect!!! We loved the layout of the condo! Beach chairs were included in our reservation which was very nice! The water pressure in the shower was great. The bed was comfortable. The location was nice too, kinda in the middle of PCB. The air conditioning worked well!

Great Condo

It was a beautiful stay. The condo was nice and clean, beds comfy, and the view was amazing. We sat on the balcony with the ocean directly in front of us. Would definitely recommend. Kendall is fantastic to work with!

Great stay - Great view!

We absolutely loved our stay! The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfy, and the place was very clean. We were also able to bring our blind and deaf dog with us, which we are EXTREMELY grateful for, as he passed away just 4 days after returning home. Thank you guys for a wonderful stay and for wonderful memories that we'll cherish forever!

Beautiful Condo

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay. The condo is very clean,beautiful with outstanding views, and well stocked on everything you need. It even has extra chairs, floats, and games to play on the beach. The only thing we had to figure out was since it’s an older remodeled unit you have to make sure the light switches are on to use the outlets in the bedrooms. We loved it! Definitely will be back!

Nice place to stay with your dog. They had the place clean and lots of amenities to help us with our stay. 2x we have stayed here because of the dog. Easy access to beach. Pool area is nothing fancy, very small and old.

First but not the last

We made our first trip to Panama City Beach and we were very pleased. Beautiful beach and this condo was perfect!! Access to the beach is a little bit of a headache but the condo was great! View spectacular and in a quieter less congested part of PCB. The contacts, Kendall and Lisa both were great! No complaints from us ! We would stay here again!

Exactly as described!

My family of 4 and our 5# Yorkie loved this condo! The location was ideal (baseball tournament at Frank Brown Park) and it was an easy walk up and down a flight of stairs to go directly to our door. Beach traffic is much lower at this end and we loved the food at Sandbar. We will definitely come back the next time we visit PCB.

Could not have asked for more! Absolutely beautiful condo with an amazing view . Everything you could possible need is provided . Any question we had was answered within minutes . I would HIGHLY recommend staying here and hope to be back in years to come . Thanks for the wonderful memories !!

Outstanding!

Perfect location in the building for jetting up the stairs to the unit. Furnishings in living room were great for our football week-end. Beds were ok. One recommendation I have is there needs to be a pole lamp in the living room. We had to set up a lamp from the bedroom in the living room to have light. Kitchen was great and everything we needed. Views are out of this world. Very comfortable stay with plenty of room. Highly recommend.

Very nice condo and even better view.

The condo itself was perfect with the exception of the blinds and sliding doors, but those are to be replaced soon I believe. So then it will be the perfect place to stay. The complex itself is in need of maintenance and they are working on that too. So there were a few issues with outside lights out on stairways, gates to pool and beach that didn't work.... Regardless of the minor issues, I've stayed at 10+ places in the area over the years and this has the best view and parking. This is the place to stay if you need two bedrooms.

Positives included good location, wonderful condo layout with nice size bedrooms and kitchen. Very convenient to the beach where chairs and umbrella were provided. The negatives included small pool with old uneven and splintered decking. Sliding doors in condo would not open fully and were extremely dirty or stained. Old crumbling cabinets in one bathroom, peeling ceilings, and broken patio furniture.

Spacious, comfortable unit with gorgeous view

Very comfortable, plenty of room and the split bedroom layout affords privacy. Floor to ceiling windows/sliding glass doors provide an expansive and unobstructed view right on the beach and access to plenty of balcony space. Decor and furnishings are attractive and in good shape and the kitchen is spacious and well-equipped. Huge TV in the living area. Convenient parking. Great location about 1.5 miles north of Pier Park, but not congested or crowded. So why is it not 5 stars? I would give it 4.5 if I could. There were a few doors sticking, so they made a loud noise when opening and closing, but I confess I didn't report it. Unit is one floor up from ground level and right next to the stairs which is nice. Although there is an elevator, it's at the opposite end of the building. It would also be nicer to have an indoor/heated pool and/or a hot tub. In the summer months, the pool would be fine, but it was chilly and windy throughout our stay in March. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

The unit was not what was described. The unit is very outdated. They had vertical blinds and half of them were down and not much privacy and that was in each room. The furniture in the living room had two recliners and looked very worn out. There was mold on the baseboard in the second bedroom to the right of the sliding door. Some of the electrical outlets in the master bedroom didn't work. Track lighting in kitchen area above the sink, worked the first time we turned them on and after, it didn't work at all. There was a gap a the bottom of the sliding doors in the living room area and when it rained, it came thru and soaked the carpet. We were very disappointed in the unit especially for the price we paid. We will not be staying here again.
