The main floor offers an open concept living/dining/kitchen space that opens out to the deck and scenic backyard. This floor offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, all updated in the renovation.

The lower level was designed for FUN and family! You’ll find a massive game room, bunk room for six and a spacious new bathroom.

Outside we have a dining table for eight, two gas grills (one flat top - makes cooking for a crowd easy!), and comfy lounge seating. Family fun awaits with the new hot tub, ninja warrior ropes course, gazebo and basketball hoop.

Of course, everyone comes to Michiana for the beaches! Our home is a ten-minute walk to our deeded beach via gorgeous wooded path (beach is reserved for use by homes within the neighborhood - it is family friendly with parking for strollers, wagons and bikes) . The garage is stocked with anything you need for a day at the beach - wagon, beach towels, umbrella, chairs, coolers, sand toys.

Vacation favorite towns of New Buffalo, Union Pier, Three Oaks, Sawyer are all a short drive away. We have a full list of things to do in the area - just message if you need recommendations before you arrive.

This home is our beloved respite from the city - we hope you will love it as much as we do. Since this is our family home, we do not rent the home for large groups, parties, bachelor/bachelorette weekends, etc. We hope you understand! It is truly a perfect family getaway.
