The second floor is home to two en-suite bedrooms and one additional bedroom.

The Fairway House also has a gorgeous pool house with additional living space. On the first floor there is a cozy screened porch area overlooking the pool and upstairs there is a bedroom and bath, plus a living room with a pullout sofa and kitchenette as well as a deck overlooking the pool.

As if this large expansive home wasn't enough, the huge yard begs for littles and bigs alike to run around taking in the beauty that is Grand Beach. While this home offers plenty of space for outdoor family activities, including the pool complete with a slide or the basketball hoop, the playground, golf course, tennis and basketball courts are just a block and a half away. The Fairway House is the perfect home for ALL seasons! Spend your Summer with the sand between your toes or splashing around in the beautiful heated pool. In the Fall, take in the colorful foliage and venture to a nearby brewery or winery or even go on a hike at the Warren Dunes State Park. Pack the kids and the sleds in the Winter and head for the hills. In the Spring hit the links for a round of golf at one of the many golf courses in the area.
