Welcome to The Sycamore House, a beautifully designed retreat nestled among the soaring trees on a quiet street in the heart of Harbor Country, Michigan—just a quick 5-minute walk to the stunning shores of Lake Michigan and your private association beach. With stylish interiors, sun-filled spaces, and incredible outdoor amenities, this 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home offers everything you need for the perfect beachside escape.

Inside, the home is bright and spacious, with a main living room that opens seamlessly to a cozy screened porch, perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. The adjacent great room features soaring ceilings and large windows that fill the space with natural light, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

The main level includes a guest suite with a queen bed and a full bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo and double vanity—ideal for guests who prefer single-level access. Upstairs, the primary bedroom is a peaceful haven with a king bed and a spa-like en-suite bathroom complete with a soaker tub, separate walk-in shower, and double vanity. The third bedroom (queen bed) and fourth bedroom (two twin beds with trundles) share a convenient Jack-and-Jill bathroom, making it perfect for families or groups.

Step outside to your private backyard oasis—an expansive brand new patio for lounging around the sparkling heated pool, relaxing hot tub and gas fire table.
