New Home / Ground & 1st Floor all yours - Top Mission Beach Location

- Ground floor is a shared garage with one space for you. Space will fit a full size SUV. Suburbans, Vans and Trucks will not fit. Washer / Dryer along with bedroom and full bath is yours to use. Two twin beds in the bedroom. You also have the grill and patio all to yourself. Sleeps 2 in beds.

- 1st floor all yours with 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, kitchen and living room. Sleeps 6 easy in beds.

- 2rd floor is a Casita in which I live. I have access from the outside and do not disturb you on the 2nd floor.

Peaceful beach home

Todd is excellent with communication. There was a little bit sound from the roadway at night during peak social hours. The home came with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The nearby beach made for easy access and lovely morning walks.

Best vacation yet!

I took my wife and kids here and we had an absolute blast. we were given access to beach toys including boogie boards, and a surf board by the owner. We would defiantly recommend staying here 10/10.

Great Location

Great location-Easy access to the Bay by a 2 min walk, the Sea World fireworks were visible from the Bay as well. Also easy access to the beach by a few minutes walk through the Alley, Rental was very clean and accommodating, parking spot in the garage was a huge plus for us as we had a rental car. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location for everything!

This is the perfect location for everything you want to do. 15 mins from Sea World and the Zoo, and you are a few minutes from the beach where there are shops and amazing restaurants. The home was so beautiful and so incredibly clean, and it has a really nice patio outside. It was absolutely perfect.

Great vacation home

We spent a month in this home and recommend it highly. Well done property, only a minute to the water, great host. It’s located on the main street so it is not quiet but very close to everything such as the romantic beach, shops, bars, restaurants etc. Thank you Todd for hosting us.

Great Stay

The house was great. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 children. It really was cozy, just right for us. There are lots of restaurants around, the bay is on the house side, the ocean across the street. It was great to have parking at the house as street parking is hit or miss. There is a free overnight parking close to the house. We had a great time! We went for the PGA at Torrey Pines.

Great property, but inaccurate description

Property listed and clearly showed pictures of 3 bedrooms in the details. I messaged the owner when the door to the 3rd bedroom was locked, but he was unwilling to consider that his property showed the wrong details. We made do, but others should confirm any details that are important to them before booking.

Clean, clean , clean!

Highly reccomend. This was a wonderful place in an ideal location and had to be the cleanest VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. And I am extremely picky about cleanliness! It reminded me a lot of my own home has a coastal feel and everything in it was brand new. There were a lot of amenities and special things offered in the kitchen was fabulous to cook in! It literally would’ve been perfect except for one small thing there was a lot of noise outside in the middle of the night of the master bedroom due to a bus that drops off so if you are a light sleeper, that might bother you a tiny bit.

Everything was good check in was a little too difficult. Owner never opened patio chairs outside when grilling burgers outside so none of us could sit outside at house code combo didn't open chairs provided. House was very clean. House also list SUV can fit in garage which my truck did not Tahoe size so we unfortunately had to pay 240$ a night across the street in overnight parking. Huge bummer huge negative on this rental. Although the wife and kids made the best of it. Will not be returning to this rental.

I stayed at this Mission Beach property with my family of 6 and I couldn't be more impressed.

I recently stayed at this Mission Beach property with my family of 6 and I couldn't be more impressed. The first thing that stood out to me was how clean and well-maintained the property was. Everything was in excellent condition and it was clear that the owners take great care to ensure that their guests have a comfortable stay. Another major perk of the property was its location. It was just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy for us to spend our days soaking up the sun and playing in the water. Even better, the property provided beach toys for us to use, which was a nice touch and much appreciated by our children. And when it was time for a break from the sun, there were plenty of great restaurants within walking distance that offered a wide variety of cuisines. Overall, I would highly recommend this Mission Beach property to anyone looking for a clean, well-located, and comfortable place to stay. The owner has done an excellent job of creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment for their guests. Special mention for beach toys, towels, chairs and other accessocies (things we did not pack for our trip from the snowy and frozen North) as they definitely made our trips to the beach even more enjoable!

Great location to access two beaches.

Fun home in a fun location. Awesome kitchen with everything you need to buy groceries and cook a few meals. Everything was clean and in good working order. I would choose this home again if I vacation in San Diego.

Fantastic property

Went with our family of 4 (three adults, one child). The bunk beds were a huge hit. Lots of restaurants nearby and beach a block away. Beautiful, clean, welcoming home!

Great location!

Very modern, clean, and well supplied property. This beautiful property is in a perfect location in scenic Mission Beach. The chairs, umbrella, and body boards were an added plus and really helped make our family vacation special.

Mission Beach or Bay Have Both

This property is situated less than a minute walk to either the beach or bay at a quieter area compared to the touristy areas of the beach. Small shops restaurants nearby. The townhouse has garage parking for one or two if the owner is out of town. It is practically brand new with AC and modern decor. Perfect for our family of 6 to rest and relax. Owner was curtious and responsive to any questions or issues that came up.
