Top floor Single level 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, South Mission Beach location on the Ocean side of Mission Blvd. South of Belmont Park that has abundance of vacation amenities including; roller coaster, Fit Athletic private gym and Plunge indoor swimming pool and recreational facility (day pass available-extra charge), many surf shops, beach rentals, shoppes, extra parking (subject to availability), one large parking space that can fit up to a standard (not XL model) Yukon/Tahoe, in-unit laundry (full size washer/dryer), free WiFi and Spectrum cable, brand new air conditioning unit, very nice outdoor balcony with dining table with 6 chairs, and great peek ocean view, Weber gas bbq grill, sleeps 8 people based on four in the master (2 queen beds), 4 guest in the bedroom (using 2 on the king bed, 2 bunk bed).

We had a wonderful family vacation at this property. Everything was exactly as pictured and described. Great location provided easy access to the beach and everything Mission Beach has to offer. Property is well stocked with necessities and made everything convenient. Highly recommend!

Location was prime - steps to the beach. Communication was great. The refrigerator stopped working at the first day and the owner/property manager was attentive and responsive. We lost all our food. They offered to call someone to fix it immediately but given it was a weekend, no one could go out immediately and nor did I want to wait for someone to arrive during my holiday. The owner compensated 100 which I believe was too little but his responsiveness and tone did make up for the major inconvenience. One thing of note - the air conditioning blew heavily into the secondary bedroom while the master bedroom received little ac. Therefore the guests in one room were cold while the guests in the other room were toasty. And the fan in the master suite didn’t work.

This was an amazing rental. It was extremely clean and well appointed. The beach was just steps away and the owners provided chairs and towels to make beach days the best days. I would stay here again!!! The manager was a breeze to communicate.
Enjoyed my morning coffee sitting on beach.

My 15-year-old daughter asked for a road trip to the beach in California for her birthday this year. She brought along her best friend and this condo was perfect in every way for the occasion. We were joined by my adult stepdaughter so there were four of us (two teens and two adults). Communication was great throughout our trip. Owner sent several pages of rules and procedures but that's to be expected for STRs these days, nothing too cumbersome. The place was clean, well-appointed, and plenty of room for the four of us. Two bathrooms was especially nice while staying with two teen girls! The proximity to Mission Beach was amazing--the only thing better would have been beachfront but this place is maybe a 2 minute walk from doorstep to sand, if that. Dedicated parking spot was a huge bonus. The neighborhood was nice; very nearby coffee shop, independent market with decent selection of snacks and essentials, a bar, a liquor store, and a taco joint...all on the same block. Oh, and Belmont Park (amusement park) is an easy walk to the north. Traffic in the area is kind of insane so it was incredibly nice to be able to park the car and walk to pretty much everything we wanted to do. We did take a rideshare to the Gaslamp quarter/downtown area one evening, which was about 20-25 each way. We loved the beach toy closet with beach chairs, volleyball, and boogie boards and the outdoor shower area to rinse off the sand after beach time was handy. Needless to say, we had a blast!

The Beach House was an excellent place to stay for our family vacation. Communication with the owner was top notch, and everything shown on the property listing was accurate. Parking was tricky with a larger vehicle, but we were able to maneuver our way in. The location is stellar; walking distance to the ocean and Mission Beach area with great food options and people watching. We really could not be more happy with our stay and would highly recommend booking here!

This was a very clean and comfortable condo for our group of 4 adults and 1 baby. Had everything we needed and was not too far from the beach.

Perfect location to Mission Beach and Belmont Park. It's very nice and clean.We did have an issue that the ceiling fan in the master bedroom didn't turn on but they did have a tabletop fan to help with circulation.

The location of this mission beach house is perfect! You have one block to the beach and a few blocks the other direction for the bay. The house was clean, modern, and comfortable. We loved our stay and would come again!

The Best

We’ve been vacationing in San Diego for 25 years and have stayed at this condo the past 3 years. This is by far, the best. The owner is great to work with and responds immediately. The condo is clean and beautiful and close to the beach. I highly recommend staying here.

Stay was excellent. Great communication from the host. We had everything we needed provided in the condo. Thank you for making sure we were supplied and not needing to go to the store for every little thing. This place is well outfitted and taken care of very well. It didn’t have the normal “worn down beach” vibes that so frequently these places can have. Doors and locks and windows etc all seemed new and weren’t rusty. 10/10 would recommend.
