We do not have central air, but there are a/c window unit(s) to use at your disposal.

$50 for early check in (VERY RARE). This is only if we do not have a guest the night before (not available on weekends). We do NOT allow late check out. There is a charge of $25/10 min after 11AM.
New Pergola
App operated laundry. Each machine has the logo to download the app. Only American cards are accepted for payment; other cards are not supported. Please do not use any of the supplies in the laundry room or the laundry during the hours on 10am - 4pm. Our cleaner will need full access to these items during turnover hours.
We may require an ID and/or signed Rental Agreement or a refundable deposit prior to check in. 25+ to book!
We only provide the initial supplies for the stay. If more are needed throughout the trip, It will be the guest's responsibility.
San Diegoâs weather is perfect 90% of the year. Most guest use fans and open windows and older buildings in SD usually do not have A/C. Even most bars and restaurants only use fans!
Potential for noise as we are very near the Airport.
HOUSE RULES:
- Quiet Hours are 11 pm
- Must be 25+ to book
- $500 fine for parties or smoking in the unit ($100 per extra person over what the reservation was booked for).
- If guest does not check out on time (without approval from host to stay later) one may be charged $25/10 min over check out time (rounded up).
- By booking with us, if there is any violation of our house rules, you agree to forfeit your right to leave any review.
- NO OUTSIDE GUESTS (all guests must be included in reservation total) unless approved by host, $100 per unauthorized guest each night.
- $500 fine per night for any unauthorized pets. This listing is not pet friendly!
- If a security team is called due to an infraction of the house rules, the guest agrees to pay for the security team ($500 minimum) and the duration of the reservation, even if removed by the security team due to the infraction.
- Please DO NOT flush feminine products/paper towels/any foreign substance down the toilet (ONLY toilet paper). It is not good for the pipes and if there is an issue we may pass the charge onto the guest.
- We do have Ring Cameras outside the property. Any blocking of the cameras will lead to an automatic eviction, forfeiture of security deposit, no refund and a fine. Please do not block these cameras.
- Please no burning of candles, incense, or anything else in the home. If done, this will be treated as âsmokingâ in our house rules. Thank you.
