A gentle reminder - while this house is an oasis of fun and relaxation, it's not a party house. Families live and work nearby, and we want all guests to enjoy their stay while being mindful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
N 32nd St is just at the end of the block, with coffee shops within easy walking distance.
Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and Fry's are just blocks away on Shea or Cactus. Countless restaurants with delectable options for both dine-in and delivery are nearby. Anything you want to enjoy in Scottsdale or Phoenix is just a short drive away.
The Phoenix airport is a mere 12 minutes away, and the freeway entrance is just blocks away. You'll find parking for one car in the garage and space for two more in the driveway. We ask that you utilize the available driveway space to keep the streets clear.
With easy access to both Shea and Cactus, you can navigate effortlessly to any destination you desire.
Lastly, there's an additional fee of $50/day if you'd like to heat the pool for your entire stay. And for our furry friends, there's a pet fee of $150 per dog per stay!
