Welcome to our freshly renovated beach vacation rental! We are located right outside of the Virginia Beach Vibe district, a few blocks from the ocean! Fresh, clean and cozy home, perfect for your stay here in Virginia Beach. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood location, but still close enough to enjoy all that the oceanfront has to offer. A short walk or drive to the beach, great shops, the new Atlantic surf park /Dome and restaurants! This private home offers 2 Bedrooms (1 King/1 Queen), full kitchen, living room, dining area and bathroom. Let us know if you have any questions we can assist with.

Point Break Music Festival

We arrived earlier than planned and Arica was very responsive and understanding. She allowed us an early check-in so we could start our vacation sooner without having to lug our suitcases around with us. Everything was within a 15 minute walk or less. The home is cozy and has everything you need to be comfortable. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Perfect for the weekend

This place had some of the most comfortable beds we have ever had at rental. The décor was lovely and made the place feel welcoming. The updates that have been made were very nice. One of the cleanest rentals we have stayed at. Communication and check-in was great and super simple.

It was a beautiful home. My family enjoyed the space although the heat was sometimes unbearable some days we drove to the beach instead of walked. Would stay here again. I will say be careful using a hair dryer bc we did lose power for a bit

Perfect Little House

Really loved the cleanliness and size of this listing. It was perfect for our family of four (with kiddos sharing the second bed). The only critique would be the internet was not great at all for streaming movies/shows (but we didn’t watch much TV). Super easy check in and out process. Location was super walkable to The beach.

The whole process was outstanding. I love how the host Arica, was attentive when I reached out. Responded to me quickly without a doubt. The home was just like the pictures and definitely gave off a beachy feel. Will definitely stay here again!

Great accommodations within walking distance

House was exactly what we needed in a decent location (1/2 mile from beach) and well kept. Property manager was friendly and helpful. A few features that would’ve made it a 5 star stay are: 1) grill is onsite, but $40 charge to use it; 2) coffee pot, but no coffee available; 3) no bar of soap provided in showers.

This property is just like the pictures shown. The house does come equipped with a washer and dryer. Arica was an awesome/ the best host anyone could have.

Wonderful host. House was clean and close to everything

The place was great. The host was great. We were in town for a sporting event at convention center, which was walking distance, but we took advantage of what the town had to offer. Beach, playgrounds, unique shopping, food trucks, markets , restaurants, fishing …. All so very close. Wishing it was available for next months event! Maybe next year. Enjoy

Nice for a brief stay

The photos are accurate, and the property is clean. The bathroom is a bit small, but renters will most likely spend most of their time at the beach anyway. There were some small opportunities for improvement that we let the owner know about, and they let us know they were resolving them quickly. So, the next renters shouldn't notice them. We left some beach related gifts for the next renters to use.

Great Place to Stay for Volleyball Tournament

Our stay was great. Home is really nice, pictures don't do it justice. Very cozy and welcoming with lots of little touches to make things more comfortable. We did have a little hiccup at checkin - the code we were provided was not correct. We had to contact the owner, waited about 30 minutes in the driveway but then the owner reset the lock and we were able to get in. The wifi that was provided in the pre-arrival information was also incorrect. Contacted the owner again and recieved the correct wifi information. Communication with owner on these issues with checkin was prompt and resolved the concern. We stay in a lot of rentals all over the country with a teen who plays year round, traveling volleyball at the national level. This rental is a gem! Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Enjoyed Our Stay In VA Beach

We booked this home for a short, weekend trip to VA Beach for a soccer tournament. Due to our schedule, we never actually set foot on the beach, but the home is very close to the water and beach attractions. You can't beat the location. It's an older home, but it's been completely redone/decorated. It feels bigger than it looks from the outside. You will love the large kitchen. We primarily used the toaster and microwave as we invested a lot of money into the local economy by eating out (prices are crazy these days), but everything you need for making a home cooked meal is available. If you are tea drinkers (as we are), there is no teapot, but coffee is available as is the aforementioned microwave. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of storage space in the dressers and on shelves. Note: if you drop a sock behind the dresser in the 2nd bedroom, kiss it goodbye. All the dressers are bolted to the floor to prevent tipping and injury. That is an awesome feature that I had not seen before in a rental. That being said--we did not drop a sock behind the dresser. However, if you rent this place and forgot socks, chances are you can find a pair there. That's a joke--the place was immaculate and nothing was out of order. The cleaners know their stuff. Let's talk about the property manager, Arica. She was fantastic and incredibly responsive. We enjoyed meeting and getting to know her. We wish this world had more people like her. So, to recap--drink coffee, not tea; keep your socks on your feet; and have a great time in VA Beach.
