Magnifiquement meublĂ©, condo de 600 pieds carrĂ©s sur le thĂšme de la plage. Je ne suis pas un agent et je suis trĂšs fier de partager ma maison loin de chez vous avec vous et vos invitĂ©s. Les chambres peuvent accueillir 4 (1 lit queen, 2 lits jumeaux) et un canapĂ©-lit confortable ajoute de la place pour 2 de plus. Parfait pour une famille avec enfants. Stationnement gratuit devant l'unitĂ© pour une voiture, avec stationnement payant supplĂ©mentaire dans un garage adjacent. Cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec micro-ondes, tĂ©lĂ©viseurs dans toutes les chambres avec lecteur DVD dans le salon, jouets de sable et chariot de plage Ă  utiliser pendant votre sĂ©jour. Une connexion Wi-Fi est disponible. L'ocĂ©an, la promenade, les divertissements, les magasins, les terrains de jeux et les restaurants / bars populaires sont tous facilement accessibles Ă  pied. Il est en plein centre de l'action, ce qui signifie qu'il peut devenir un peu bruyant mĂȘme la nuit lorsque les gens sont en dĂ©placement. Nous sommes Ă©galement Ă  des kilomĂštres de la Norfolk Air Station de la US Navy, vous pourrez donc voir et entendre un grand nombre de nos pilotes de la Navy voler au-dessus de l'ocĂ©an!

Great location and easy access to the boardwalk. Beds were very comfortable and awesome air conditioning which is critical during Va Beach summers! The entire condo was very clean and not too cluttered which maximizes the space. We would absolutely come back here for another visit..

We were very pleased with the condo. It is very conveniently located, with plenty of restaurants around. It is only a block away from the beach, which made it really easy to go back-and-forth as needed. The condo is very well equipped, and we would not hesitate to go back the next time we go to Virginia Beach.

What an amazing stay we had. The condo was in the perfect location for a short walk to the beach. There was tons of food and shopping also walking distance so we didn’t drive after we got there. The condo was very clean and had the best “vacation vibes”! The host was also amazing with communication and any assistance we needed. I would highly recommend staying here. All around a 10/10 and we had the best time!

The Host was amazing ! The 2 bedroom condo was a perfect location. Only 1 block to beach . Had an amazing vaction to visit old navy friends . Brought my daughter she had a blast as well. Great location and will definately use host again in booking our now 2 year tradition to Virginia Beach and other places

Great get away

We were in town for a softball tournament and decided to make it a vacation. Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Super close to the beach, lots of amenities and the host was amazing to accommodate to our needs.

Lovely stay in a great location!

After a previous rental cancelled on us I was so grateful Mary Ann's property was available on such short notice. Its in a great location and Mary Ann was very responsive to any question. We'll definitely keep this place in mind the next time we're in VA beach.

Very comfortable accommodations and close to where we needed to be for Thanksgiving. There was even a full kitchen for us to prepare dishes to take to our host’s condo.

Cozy & Convenient

I couldn't ask for a better location for a weekend at the beach. The unit was clean and the check in & out instructions were simple. The beach cart provided came in handy, and the provided kitchen items took some of the hassle out of meal planning. The host was easy to contact, and had everything ready for us. Wonderful experience.

Great apartment and very well equipped/decorated. Mary-Ann was an exceptional host and went beyond the call to make our vacation fantastic and memorable. She has a wealth of knowledge or the area. Five minute walk to beach. Note that Virginia Beach is home to Oceana Navy Airbase. Home of an F-18 fighter squadron so a bit noisy at times

Steps from the beach

This cute condo was a great place to stay during our trip to Virginia Beach. It’s in the heart of the action just a block from the strip and boardwalk. We were able to be at the beach in less than 5 minutes. The amenities were great and Mary Ann was very responsive during our stay. Having a dedicated parking spot outside the door was amazing because there were a lot of people heading to the beach for 4th of July. We would definitely recommend this property for others wanting to stay close to the beach. It was fantastic!

Wonderful condo for the 4th of July

We checked in and the condo was ready earlier then expected. It was very clean and the location was great! Very quiet too. Walking distance to great restaurants. The coffee maker broke while we were there and I alerted Mary Ann who had one sent to the condo the next day! We really enjoyed our stay and would book here in the future. It had everything we needed so we just had to pack clothes and food. It was stress free.

VA Beach Weekend

The property had a kitchen which was well stocked with all the items you would need. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets, pillows, and spreads were a good quality. The shower had a nice supply of towels and the shower itself had lots of water pressure. Also, the location was fantastic!! You were able to walk to many shops, bars, and restaurants. Mary Ann was very kind and allowed us to check in early. She answered all my questions and was very helpful. We definitely said we would stay here again when we come to VA Beach. Thanks for a great weekend!

Great location

Some items could be more confortable. Matresses have seen better Days. Living Room fourniture is actually mainly patio fourniture so a little Stiff to relax. If you use the 2nd parking spot in garage across the street, avoid 1st Floor...you will get towed!

We had an amazing unforgettable vacation at Mary Ann’s Gaskin Harbor (Condo) A private, second floor condo across the street from the beach and all attractions, what more can you ask for!? I almost want to keep it a secret for myself! Mary Ann’s communication, ease of access, double parking, accommodated a family of 6 to perfection. High Speed Internet, strong water pressure, functioning A/C, entertainment, kitchenware, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and even sand toys were all available for us. The location is exactly where you want to be in Virginia beach. Extremely close to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and shops. We felt safe and slept like rocks. We are definitely planning to be back in the future! Thanks Mary Ann! See you soon Gaskin Harbor!

I bought Gaskins Harbor and named it after my parents' home in Edgewater, MD. I grew up spending my summers at the ocean and my daughter when she was 4 told me, "Mommy, I come from the sea". The beach is a special place for us and I'm fortunate to have this condo to enjoy what is always my happy place.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Welcome to my 2nd home and where my shoulders drop the moment I walk in the door. Nothing is better than being at the beach. I've lovingly furnished my condo so that I feel at home when I get there and I share it with you so you can also get the well deserved break you need and time to make memories with those you love. I furnished it with comfortable bedding and a fully equipped kitchen so you can dine in to save money and still get to the beach quickly every day!

A short block from the beach makes for a quick walk to having your toes in the sand! Enjoy staying at a beautiful condo with the comfort and space you need to enjoy the beach and still feel at home. Walking distance to all the boardwalk's amenities. Close by parks and amusements for all the family and amazing seafood and boardwalk entertainment for everyone.
