Gorgeous Marigot Beach Direct Oceanfront Condo

Gorgeous direct oceanfront condo with private oceanfront balcony and stunning views of the ocean from the fourth floor! Enjoy access to a beautiful indoor pool and hot tub as part of the amenities of Marigot Beach Condos. Please note: the pool and hot tub are currently undergoing renovations and it is possible these amenities will not be available for use during your stay. The beautifully appointed Marigot Beach building has multiple elevators and an outside shower. Unit includes a washer/dryer and air-conditioning. Master bedroom has a TV, private half bath and even views of the bay! Kitchen includes beautiful granite countertops, fully stocked kitchen, Keurig coffee maker, bar counter seating, and ample counter space. Kitchen features an eat in area with a dining table with seating for four. Living room is beautifully decorated with a queen sleeper sofa to enjoy waking up to a stunning sunrise and the sounds of the ocean! Living room includes a TV. The main bathroom was remodeled spring 2025 complete with a brand new shower/tub. Beautiful laminate floors in the living room and bedroom and tiled floors in the kitchen and dining area. Perfect location close to Northside Park, grocery stores, restaurants, shops and a library directly across the street. This condo is the perfect getaway for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation at the beach!

Linen fee includes bed linens and bath towels for 4 guests.

We had an absolutely wonderful second stay at this property. Everything was in perfect order, very clean, comfortable, quiet, and relaxing with awesome oceanfront views. The location is so close and convenient to many of our favorite restaurants and shops. Best host ever and can't wait to visit again!

Loved our stay !! Great location. Parking lot was easy to navigate and drive into the traffic. Love washing our clothes there. Less to do after the drive back home. Bed was comfortable, shower was nice and hot ! Great stay !!

This is a clean and beautiful condo on the beach. You can enjoy the sunrises and sunsets every day. It is located near many restaurants. I plan to return next year.

Nice weekend getaway!

The property was very nice as described. It made for a nice relaxing weekend with easy access to the beach. The check in and check out process was very smooth with great communication from the host. Highly recommended! Hope to return in the future!

The condo was beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay there. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, and we loved hearing the ocean the whole time. The walk to the beach takes about 2 minutes, you literally walk out of the back of the building and you are right there. The beach was not crowded in that area at all, which made the actual beach experience even better.The condo was very clean and comfortable. The only thing we thought was strange was that we needed to make our own beds when we arrived (not a huge deal, but odd for the cost of it). Also, if you are planning on preparing food at all, make sure to bring your own salt and pepper, and a dish sponge, since the kitchen supplies are fairly bare. All things considered though, I would stay there again if I visited the area again.

Great getaway

Everything was wonderful, could use a noise buffer on the front door bottom, wind really whistles under it. Don't know how often you check on the property but the spigot and shower head in the tub are very loose.

Our New Found Vac Spot

We always go to Grand Cayman and love it there! So glad we ventured to OC Md; we had an enjoyable , relaxing trip. Went to excellent restaurants! The condo was on the beach, beautiful! Thinking already of trip back next year or sooner😊
