Gorgeous Marigot Beach Direct Oceanfront Condo

Gorgeous direct oceanfront condo with private oceanfront balcony and stunning views of the ocean from the fourth floor! Enjoy access to a beautiful indoor pool and hot tub as part of the amenities of Marigot Beach Condos. Please note: the pool and hot tub are currently undergoing renovations and it is possible these amenities will not be available for use during your stay. The beautifully appointed Marigot Beach building has multiple elevators and an outside shower. Unit includes a washer/dryer and air-conditioning. Master bedroom has a TV, private half bath and even views of the bay! Kitchen includes beautiful granite countertops, fully stocked kitchen, Keurig coffee maker, bar counter seating, and ample counter space. Kitchen features an eat in area with a dining table with seating for four. Living room is beautifully decorated with a queen sleeper sofa to enjoy waking up to a stunning sunrise and the sounds of the ocean! Living room includes a TV. The main bathroom was remodeled spring 2025 complete with a brand new shower/tub. Beautiful laminate floors in the living room and bedroom and tiled floors in the kitchen and dining area. Perfect location close to Northside Park, grocery stores, restaurants, shops and a library directly across the street. This condo is the perfect getaway for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation at the beach!

Nice weekend getaway!

The property was very nice as described. It made for a nice relaxing weekend with easy access to the beach. The check in and check out process was very smooth with great communication from the host. Highly recommended! Hope to return in the future!

Great getaway

Everything was wonderful, could use a noise buffer on the front door bottom, wind really whistles under it. Don't know how often you check on the property but the spigot and shower head in the tub are very loose.

We always go to Grand Cayman and love it there! So glad we ventured to OC Md; we had an enjoyable , relaxing trip. Went to excellent restaurants! The condo was on the beach, beautiful! Thinking already of trip back next year or sooner😊

The condo was beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay there. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, and we loved hearing the ocean the whole time. The walk to the beach takes about 2 minutes, you literally walk out of the back of the building and you are right there. The beach was not crowded in that area at all, which made the actual beach experience even better.The condo was very clean and comfortable. The only thing we thought was strange was that we needed to make our own beds when we arrived (not a huge deal, but odd for the cost of it). Also, if you are planning on preparing food at all, make sure to bring your own salt and pepper, and a dish sponge, since the kitchen supplies are fairly bare. All things considered though, I would stay there again if I visited the area again.

My wife and I celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary in OC. This condo is the perfect spot for a couple! Conveniently located with a magnificent view of the sunrise from the balcony. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay. See you next year?

Easy get away.

We wanted to get our toes in the sand and it was time to go to OC for that. It was an easy drive for us as we live in western Maryland. We had 3 days of fun in the sun and the beach view was spectacular for us. The Marigot Condo's was right on the beach and we didn't leave the condo till we actually left the beach to go back home.

Five star; from the time of reservation to departure!!! The owner was responsive, kind and very thorough with all details; the place was impeccably clean and outstanding beachfront location with amazing view!!! You will absolutely not be disappointed!! Bright & Airy with Perfect View

This was a great stay for a mother & daughter vacation! Plenty of space for her in the bedroom with private bathroom and myself in the living room and hall bath. We enjoyed basking in the sunrise view while making breakfast and enjoying coffee on the balcony, easy access to the beach all day, and listening to the live music in the evenings next door. Very close to shopping and groceries and plenty of restaurant options. It was so lovely that the week flew by and we were sad to leave. Would return and stay again!

Can't beat these beachfront views

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at the Dream Catcher! Waking each morning with beach views and watching the sunset from the bayside was just grand. The condo was clean and comfortable and working with Elaine was great. She's so friendly and communicative. We stopped by the library right across the street and had crabs on the balcony. Perfect weekend!

Exceptional Owner!! Stylish well stocked condo!

The owner, Elaine, is an exceptional person. She answers quickly anytime we had a question, she is friendly and professional. The condo is very clean, and has everything you would need. Its so prettily decorated and has a fabulous view of the ocean. I Highly recommend this place!! You will not be disappointed. Thank you Elaine for the little extras, it was very much appreciated!!

Marigot 408 is a great condo!

All good things to say about Marigot 408. Clean, secure and well maintained. Elaine is super kind and responsive. Beds are comfortable. Keyless entry is really helpful. The space has all hard surfaces and simple furniture which makes it so much easier to keep clean throughout the week. No issues. We will definitely return to this condo.

Very nicely decorated condo! We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony for Happy Hour while watching the beach and the ocean. We even saw Jupiter in the east on Tuesday & Wednesday evenings! The only downside to our stay was no DVD player. for the movies that we had brought with us. Otherwise, everything was wonderful!

We had an absolutely wonderful second stay at this property. Everything was in perfect order, very clean, comfortable, quiet, and relaxing with awesome oceanfront views. Loved our stay !! Great location. Parking lot was easy to navigate and drive into the traffic. Love washing our clothes there. Less to do after the drive back home. Bed was comfortable, shower was nice and hot ! Great stay !!

This place is better than great!

The title says it all. This place was better than great! It was awesome!!! The location is second to none. The condo was beautiful and very well kept. The location is excellent. We were close to all of the main attractions in the area. The host was responsive to questions. I give it five out of five stars. Will definitely be back.
