HOT TUB! Gaming & SHOPPING, Our Airbnb Has It ALL!

This isn't you're typical Airbnb! Located in one of the most underrated neighborhoods for visitors, you will be minutes away from 2 major malls (Northstar & Quarry) and 10 minutes or less from places like the Riverwalk, Alamo & Pearl Brewery!

While most other hosts simply provide a nice place to sleep, we are trying to create a space that will be a memorable part of your trip. Featuring a Hot Tub, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, 4k 60hz TV, Fully Stocked Kitchen & Dolby 5.1 Surround Sound!!!
The space
We recently remodeled the house and added a lot of fun amenities. If you go back far enough in the reviews, you will see this house used to be a 3 bed 1 bath. We quickly realized how important bathrooms are for guests, so we underwent a huge project making the master bedroom bigger, making a dream bathroom, and adding a huge walk-in closet! That's not all we learned from our guests either. We realized that many of our guests didn't just want a place to sleep in between tourist attractions, but also wanted to be able to enjoy the house and neighborhood during their visit. That was our focus, and so far the feedback has been great!

Our three biggest amenities is our new hot tub, a Xbox Series X/S and our dedicated Nintendo Switch area. Our backyard is huge! So we decided to add a fire pit, a gazebo, and a hot tub. We also have a grill and are currently looking into some backyard games (let us know if there's a game you want!) With plenty of seating, this backyard is going to be a great place to hang out after a long day of traveling or an even better place to spend time with family after time apart!

The Xbox Series X/S is the white disc-less version, so discs will not work in it. Good thing you will have Microsoft Ultimate Game Pass during your stay! With access to over 100 of the best current and next-gen games like NBA2k, Forza, Madden & CyberPunk, you will have a lot of games to choose from. Don't worry, we wouldn't have got a next-gen system and simply connected it to the cheapest TV we could find as others would. We bought a 2021 Vizio M Series TV, which has all the features you need to take advantage of next-gen gaming (4k at 60hz!) We also added a 5.1 Vizio soundbar to the setup which will enhance your games, sports, or movie experience drastically!

Other new features include a Home Pod Mini W/an Apple Music subscription, a propane fire pit, grill and outdoor furniture! High-speed internet makes everything work perfectly together and there are multiple workspaces that are great for the remote workers. I personally love the table that overlooks the window in the foyer for working, but there is also a desk if you prefer to work in a smaller more quiet area.

The layout of the living area is designed so that your group can enjoy multiple activities while still hanging out in the same space. With the open kitchen and dining concept, you can cook, eat, watch a movie/ play Xbox & play Nintendo Switch on (what I call) The Nintendo station in the foyer. The two TV set up in the living space is perfect for groups with kids! Use the blue tooth speakers in this space to play some music and having fun!

Two of the bedrooms look like they do in the pictures. However, the master bathroom is brand-new and the new bathtub and shower look great! If you like to relax and take baths on vacation, you're going to love this bathroom! There's even a huge walk-in closet, perfect for storing your luggage or items that you bought while shopping! Both bathrooms have plenty of amenities, like high-quality shampoos, conditioner, body wash, and more.

Our guests have access to the entire house. No shared spaces or surprise duplexes here! Although it is possible to use public transportation here, with a few bus stops within walking distance... We highly recommend bringing a vehicle if you are going to be here more than a few nights. If you are only here for a weekend, then ride sharing should be a small expense.
