This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is located in the heart of East Nashville! Just a short walk from East Nashville Beer Works and to the beloved Crema Coffee. If you're interested in visiting downtown, this house is a 10 minute ride to Broadway, Nissan Stadium, or Bridgestone Arena. If you fancy staying in for dinner, you will have access to a full kitchen and grill. Other amenities include off street parking, WiFi, coffee maker, and small work space. My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The house was great; plenty of space, close to downtown Nashville. I could not recommend it more. I will want to stay when we come back in the fall. Thank you again Tyler & Katie

Cute house, good hosts.

This house is cute and well kept. It’s a good fit for several adults. The check-in and check-out processes were very easy. The owners provide lots of good detail. There is a cute coffee shop and pizza/beer hall (with great pizza) within walking distance, but not much else. Neighborhood is ok at best. You will have to drive or Ride Share everywhere.

Great getaway in Nashville

What an incredible find!! Beautiful home with master downstairs for easy access and peace and quiet from the upstairs bedrooms. Spacious closets and gorgeous kitchen!! Can’t wait to go back next year!

Girls Trip to Nashville

Stayed here for the weekend with friends. Location was in reasonable driving distance to where we wanted to go. Check in/out was easy. Overall, we had a very nice stay.

A Perfect Escape

The house was exactly as listed. Very comfy. I especially like that there was a bed and bath on the 1st floor to give us some separation. Nashville is a LOUD, ACTIVE, VERY BUSY city and we are late 30s, early 40s so we wanted to visit the city but enjoy peace and quiet at our VRBO and this was PERFECT for that! Also, the HOSTS were amazing. They were kind, they understand hospitality and they were responsive and helpful when we reached out. They didn't treat us like a bother. They were probably the only thing better than the house itself. And the host can make or break your stay because you can't be perfection to everyone but you can make people feel good and that is what they did! And their check in and check out instructions were timely, detailed and easy to follow. My only complaint if I had to think of anything was there were no screens on the windows. Maybe it's a local thing but that felt weird to us so we didn't really open the windows because when we did a huge fly got it, duh! Lol But we didn't HAVE to open anything. The house was LOVELY without it. I would DEFINITELY return.

Perfect Little House!

We stayed with another couple for a Nashville vacation and it was just the perfect little house for two couples! Very clean, comfortable, nicely decorated. You can be downtown in an easy 10 minute drive. We really enjoyed it and would stay again!

Family Trip

We came to Nashville as a family. We attended a wedding and a first birthday party. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The downstairs is nice and open with a nice amount of seat so we were able to be together and comfortable whether we were cooking or watching TV. I was a bit concerned about neighborhood but we had no issues. Nashville is a busy city but full of southern hospitality. I would search for availability of this property if we were to visit Nashville as a family again.

Wonderful!

The house was beautiful and one of the best houses I’ve stayed in. The neighborhood wasn’t too far from Broadway and could easily be reached by Uber. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Neighborhood looked kinda sketchy, at 1st impression, but was actually quiet & comfortable. The house is great! Clean & Cozy. We liked that the temp could be controlled upstairs & downstairs. Convenient location for us too.

CMA Fest while staying at the BEST!

In a quiet neighborhood. Very clean house, adequate parking. All amenities that we needed & expected were present. We experienced no problems with the property's infrastructure during our stay there. Excellent house!

Weekend Getaway

We did a girls' weekend to Nashville. This house was perfect! The house was very clean and newly renovated. Had all the accommodations of home. The neighborhood was very quiet. The Crema coffee shop was only a two block walk in the neighborhood. And it was only a ten-minute Uber to downtown Nashville. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Nashville again.

Saying goodbye is never easy.

We came to Nashville for a funeral of a wonderful woman. I booked this home because it could accommodate my family and extended family for a hosted lunch. The home is absolutely perfect and just as pictured! The house is clean and in a great location! My elderly father had “the best sleep of his life” on the first floor bed! Well appointed home with everything you need! Scoreboard Bar at Opryland has the best hot chicken! Would absolutely book again!!

Nashville getaway

Thank you for allowing us to check in a little early. Beautiful update on the house, comfortable beds and loved the firepit and grill. Just wish the weather had been more accommodating. I would like to suggest a couple of things. A cookie sheet and cake pan would be nice to have and we couldn't find any dish towels or dish cloths. The bathrooms did have slow sink drains and we were a bit concerned on how long the dryer took to dry clothes. Other than that, a very nice place. Close to the interstate and a grocery store. Thank you for the opportunity to experience Nashville and your house.
