We had 6 people with us and this place gave everyone so much space. Great price and a short walk to the beach. If we ever decided to take another group to Daytona, would stay here again.

Furniture sit low to ground, so me and my wife had a hard time getting out of them. Ocean was a lot harder to get to than led to believe. No tv in some bedrooms. Internet went in and out all week. The air unit could not cool that big a house.

The ocean was not visible from the house. Was walking distance to the beach. The house was very clean. We had plenty of room for a family of 10. And was pet friendly. We would rent it again.

I hope you like stairs. There are lots of them. Nice big yard with fun outdoor areas in front, side, and back of the house. The house is super cute in a perfect location. The rental company provides all essentials for the stay and lots of extras like beach towels and toiletries. Property management was super cool and allowed for an early check in.

The place was exactly as advertised abd I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Beach access is a short walk, access to all the best food is just a short drive and it's under 10 minutes from Ocean Center (the reason we were there). The billiards and Golden Tee tournaments alone were worth it all. The host was more communicative than I was and very eager to make sure we were taken care of.If you're coming to Dayton Beach, you cannot go wrong with the Beach Gangsta Paradise!

Spacious and great location.

Spacious with room to spread out. Enjoyed to game room and backyard patio. Convenient to the beach and restaurants. Would stay again.

We enjoyed ourselves so much! The house was the perfect size for the 6 of us. It was a great distance from everything we needed and wanted and communicating was quick and easy. We would definitely use them again.

We traveled with 9 adults and one infant. We had plenty of space to be together, if we chose or separate. The game room was great. The rooms were spacious and sound did not seem to travel from level to level which was nice for the baby and for us. The basement rooms were a little warm but nothing to unbearable. The covered patio with furniture and a firepit was so fun to hang out on. We sat out and watched the nightly storms and stayed dry. The walk to the beach was super short, you do have to cross a 4 lane road but we never seemed to have too much trouble getting across. The beach chairs and towels provided were wonderful! The beach during the week was very quiet, felt like it was our own little private spot! The weekend days were a little busier as to be expected. There are plenty of shops close by. We cooked a lot of meals and all of the cooking utensils we needed were available, including a BBQ. Having a washer and dryer was great! Went home with all clean clothes! The host was in direct communication the entire stay and answered any questions that came up immediately. Over all 10/10 stay. We would rent this house again if we ever make it back to Florida from Montana.

Daytona 500 Fun

We had 7 people stay here and the home was fantastic! Plenty of space for folks to have their own time when not hanging out together. Easy to get an Uber to/from this location. The kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Loved it!!!

Cute beach house

We stayed here during our trip to Daytona for the NASP Archery tournament. We had 10 people with us and it slept all very comfortably. It is an older house and has the charm of a modernized 1950s beach home. Management/owners are quick to respond and so very nice. I would definitely recommend this house... possibly any other property they have, since they are very hospitable.

Great beach house

We really enjoyed our stay. Communication with the property manager was very good. House was very clean and had all the amenities you would expect. Short walk to the beach. Plenty of space for large families (we had two families). I would suggest maybe purchasing a larger dining table, but otherwise nothing negative to say!

Everything was just as described in Gangsta’s Paradise! Plenty of room for extended family to stay for a graduation and short visit to the beach. Communication was thorough, prompt and helpful.

Perfect for our yearly reunion!

The space in the house is perfect for multiple families. Decor is so cute and the check in and out process is probably the best I have ever seen in almost 20 years of using VBRO!! The rental seems like it has recently been remodeled because everything feels fresh and clean. We will definitely be back!

Daytona Convention Trip

In town as an exhibitor for a convention. The property was as described, and the managers were great to communicate with, we were running low on propane and I sent an email at 9pm and immediately got a response. The property has multiple floors and bedrooms and enough space for our whole team. Would rent again, especially for a large group.

Golf 2025

Overall we had a good stay The multiple bedrooms and baths were good for us, 7 old guys for a quick golf trip. The kitchen pots and pans could use some updates. We only cooked breakfast at the house. We will be looking for something next year with little or no stairs. Thank you for a good trip.

Nice Property, needs pest control

The property is as described and communication is excellent. When we stayed in mid-May, we needed to share the house with a plethora of cockroaches. I went and got poison traps (20 of my own money) and then proceeded to pick up dead roaches all over the basement every morning.Other than the roaches which spoiled it for those sleeping in the basement bedrooms, the property was good and communication was excellent. Confirm pest control has been done before booking.

Great Memories!

I stayed at River Ridge Estates with my 17 yr. old son, 4 of his friends and 4 other parents. Overall our stay was fantastic! The house was clean and had everything we needed. When they were not at the beach, the boys mostly stayed down in the basement playing pool and hanging out... reminded me of a frat house down there! My only criticism (minor) is that the house looks better in the online pictures than in person. It is an older house that looks new in the pics. Having said that, we would definitely stay there again, and I don't think the owners are deceiving the public they just had a really good photographer!😜
