Bienvenue à Daytona Beach Shores, où "la vie est meilleure ici".

Nous vous invitons à venir voir pourquoi notre famille visite Daytona Beach depuis de nombreuses années et a maintenant acheté cette maison propre et relaxante au bord de la plage, à quelques pas de la plus célèbre plage du monde!

C'est notre troisième saison! Pool vient d'être complètement refait en janvier 2019. La maison a été complètement rénovée en 2016. Une nouvelle cuisine avec de nouveaux appareils! Nouveau carrelage en porcelaine! Nouveaux meubles et lits! Toute la maison a été repeinte et attend votre arrivée. Tout est "Bright & Beachy" :) même le WiFi gratuit dans toute la maison.

Nous avons 3 chambres à coucher, toutes avec de nouveaux lits confortables. 2 salles de bains avec serviettes. ** Peut accueillir confortablement 6 adultes. **

La chambre principale a un lit king size et une salle de bain privée avec douche à l'italienne carrelée pour un accès facile.

Il y a deux chambres, une avec un lit Queen flambant neuf et l'autre avec 2 lits jumeaux. Nous avons un deux lits pliants-COT pour septième et huitième personnes. La salle de bain des invités a un double lavabo avec un combo douche / baignoire.

Notre plan d'étage est parfait pour se divertir. Les chambres sont nichées dans le couloir des zones principales. Parfait pour quand les enfants dorment; les parents peuvent continuer à s'amuser! Après une journée à la plage, vous pourrez vous baigner dans la piscine creusée privée (non chauffée) ou prendre un bain de soleil sur la nouvelle terrasse de la piscine!

Vous pourrez vous détendre dans la salle de la Floride ou savourer un cocktail autour de la nouvelle île en granit de la cuisine. Ne vous inquiétez jamais de ne pas avoir assez de places assises car nous en avons beaucoup! Profitez d'une partie de tennis de table en famille dans le garage blindé!

Beach Toys: Nous avons ce qu'il te faut. Les meilleures chaises de plage, wagon, glacière, jouets pour le sable, équipements sportifs et plus encore à votre disposition pendant votre séjour.

Lieu: à quelques pas de la plage! Vues de la voie navigable Intracoastal depuis la fenêtre de votre salle à manger. Cette maison de plage est située à proximité des meilleurs restaurants, Starbucks, épiceries et dépanneurs, parcs, centre de remise en forme en plein air, golf, location de bateaux et jetski et de toutes les attractions de Daytona Beach!

Vous pouvez être à Orlando pour visiter les parcs de classe mondiale (Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, etc.) en moins de 90 minutes.

Regardez les couchers de soleil depuis l'avant, car nous nous trouvons juste en face de la voie navigable Intracoastal ou si nous marchons moins de 5 minutes en direction de "Sunset Park".

Perfect spot!

This is the perfect beach house! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was close enough to Daytona Beach, but it was nice to drive away from everything and go "home" at the end of the day. We also enjoyed walking to the beach. Great house for a family vacation

The house was clean and well stocked with basic supplies, towels and kitchen items. There was plenty of seating inside and around the pool. We enjoyed our stay and we are looking forward to coming back next year.

Beautiful property in a nice neighborhood

The beach house was better than expected, photos don’t do it justice! The hosts were gracious and left information on things to do nearby, menus with food recommendations and a lovely welcome snack basket that was appreciated, especially after a long travel day! We’ll definitely book again!

Great place for any vacation but we were there for biketoberfest. Lots of room in the driveway

Nice home lots of room for 4 people. Great parking for trucks and trailers and motorcycles. Only down side is pool wasn’t heated and we had cold weather at night. Nice warmer days so it would have been nice to get in pool after a day of riding. Great place!!!!

Great location!

The proximity of the house to the beach and the pool met the needs of four active teenagers and their grandparents.There is lots to do in that area. We have enjoyed it for years. It’s nice to find a house that comfortably fits the family.

Amazing vacation

This is the second year in a row that my family has stayed in this rental. The house is clean and provides a great home away from home, you’re sad to leave it at the end of the week. The host makes sure all needs are met and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I will definitely be back next year.

Perfect family getaway

Barb and Brian were incredibly responsive, answering my questions quickly, and their house is simply fantastic. It’s the perfect house that has everything! Whether a day at the beach or a day at Disney, we felt at home and had everything we needed for a full 6 day stay. 10/10 !!

Everything about this house is awesome!! It was way beyond our expectations, it is stocked with everything you could think of. We had a lot of rain that week and the granddaughters (7 & 10) and the adults were able to enjoy the game room! And watch the storms from the sunroom. The communication with the owners was great!! This was hands down a great place to stay!! We will definitely remember this house for future trips!! Thanks Brian & Barb!! Stulz/Kidwell families 😃😃

just what we hoped it would be

It’s just the right size for a family; with lots of shade and of course the pool was very nice. Near perfect location too just a few minutes walk to the ocean, and Publix and our 2 favorite restaurants were also within easy walking distance (Genovese’s and The Cracked Egg). We also loved the games and the inflatable pool floats. About the only glitch was the TV, which didn’t work from day one. Fortunately TV watching was pretty low on our priorities so that wasn’t a big problem.

Perfect in every way!!

We loved this property! The neighborhood is super quiet yet close to everything we wanted. We come to Daytona often and prefer to stay on the south end. The beaches are gorgeous and easily accessible. Beach access was convenient to this property and it had everything we needed. The kids love the game room and we lived that it was on the opposite end of the house so we didn’t have to hear them! The pool was so nice and the back yard is gorgeous. We always come back to Daytona but next time we’re staying again at Seas the Day! Clearly you guys have already thought of everything needed for a beach trip. Oh! And the beds are super comfy too!!

Options!

Well "Old Man Weather" certainly did us no favors! But the property came up "Aces". The game room was awesome for indoor activities, the living room gave us lots of room to gather for music, table games, and TV. Beyond the pool area, there was a great space for outdoor games (equipment from garage). And the dining/kitchen area gave us room for all. Even though that wild storm brought temps too low for swimming the first half of the week, we enjoyed sitting around the pool and in the Florida room day and evening. Of course daily trips to the beach and park were so fun with crazy waves and easy walking. And all six of us made it to the top of the Light House! So great house (everything we needed and more), great food recommendations, and great hosts! Thank you.

Great place to go for a family!

Had a great time at this house! Barb was with us every step of the way responding to questions in minutes. The house was spotless. Stayed in quite a few beach houses on here that had bug problems. Used to live at a beach- it’s almost impossible to not have at least a few. I DIDNT SEE A SINGLE BUG THE WHOLE TIME WE WERE THERE IN THE HOUSE! That alone to me is worth every penny! The house is not run down at all- everything is comfortable from the furniture to the beds. The kitchen is well stocked and made lunches easy. There are floats and comfortable chairs for the pool. It’s in a good convenient spot- we skipped the beach a few days and just stayed in the backyard pool with the kids. They had two roll away cots and the kids and the grandma actually just ended up sleeping in the living room the whole time. Two bathrooms were plenty for us 6. Hot water was not an issue. The washer and drier worked well. The garage has a screen on it so you can open the door and get some sun/breeze when playing in the game room. The beach is 2-3 blocks away. Went to the speedway and it was 15 minutes. Dinner was the same or less time wherever you go. No long list of demands such as cleaning windows or scrubbing fridge on checkout. Didn’t feel like my credit card was being held hostage. Thank you so much Brian and Barb. Great vacation.

Perfect for older Rockville!

Turned Rockville into a girls trip (45-48). This property was perfect for the three of us, and we enjoyed to pool so much on those hot days. Highly recommend and I am hoping to come back next year!

Exceptional location, amenities, and hosts

We stayed at this property in late May. The home is conveniently located near the beach, groceries, and restaurants. Access to the main roads is super easy. The location’s pool is great, the yard and landscaping are well maintained and allow for some outdoor activities in a large private yard. The Florida room is great for early morning coffee and the neighborhood is quiet. A ping pong table, basketball game, and air hockey table along with a large capacity washer and dryer are in the converted garage. There were all the necessary pots, pans, utensils, seasonings, and cleaning supplies. This is the among the best VRBO experiences we have had. Thank-you for sharing your location with us!

Home away from Home

House is as advertised and the pictures are accurate. A beautiful yard to enjoy the pool. Walkable to river, ocean and grocery. Comfy beds-we had to add the mattress pad to the twin beds for adult comfort. We enjoyed playing cards at the kitchen table at night. Good communication with host too!

Mom & son purchased this beach house in 2015 and totally remodeled it for 2016 season. Pool done in Jan 2019. Barb is a catering manager at a premiere venue in the Pocono Mts. of Pennsylvania. Brian is a public school teacher. While the first rental as a team, this is the second Daytona rental for Barb.

Everyone who has been to the house from the FedEx Delivery, to Contractors, or friends -- everyone says "Wow" what a great house this is!

We fell in love with it even before we invested a bunch of time and money in to it. We are so proud of our house. We tried to think of everything the our guests, you, would want.
