Welcome to Agarita Shores! This fantastic waterfront three bedroom, two bath home has it all! A private dock, private pool, Tiki Bar and two kayaks! Fenced backyard, and amazing views of Salt Lake! Spend the days exploring Salt Lake by kayak or soak up the sun at the pool. Enjoy stunning sunsets from the balcony. Fish from the dock, or just relax in the coastal breeze while sipping on a cool beverage.
Inside you will find open concept living, kitchen, and dining, and great water views. The living room sofa, love seat, and arm chair are over sized and so comfy. It is a great place to gather for movie night or the big game. The gorgeous kitchen has stainless steel appliances, tons of granite counter space, four barstools, and is stocked with everything you need to cook up the days catch or whip up a pitcher of ritas. The large dining room table has seating for six and great views of Salt Lake. The master bedroom has a king bed and the attached bathroom has a walk in shower with a luxurious rain shower head. The second bedroom also has a king bed. The third bedroom has a twin over twin bunk bed. Each bedroom has its own TV with ROKU.

Loved the property. Great location, very quiet and relaxing. We had issues with the kitchen plumbing and the peir lights. The kitchen issue was fixed the next day but lights never were. This house was perfect for our family of four. I loved the pool area and tiki bar. All of the little touches in the yard and house makes it feel really homey. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful stay

House was perfect for 2 couples with separate bathrooms and bedrooms. Easy check in/check out. Beautifully decorated home. Loved the outside bar set up with TV and speakers. We used the kayaks around Salt Lake. We did have a bit of an ant problem in the kitchen, master bedroom, and master bathroom. House was quiet. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of kitchen dishware, cooking supplies, etc. We would love to stay here again.

Wonder stay overall!

Beautiful property and convenient location. Very peaceful. Only issue was the dock lights would not turn on for night fishing. We would definitely stay here again. Made lots of great memories!

This is a beautiful property. The backyard pictures on the listing don’t do it justice! There is plenty of seating out by the pool and so many solar lights for at night. The house has a good layout, and is very spacious. Great kitchen for cooking and there is mostly everything that you need. If you’re planning on making cookies or biscuits I’d suggest bringing a disposable sheet pan. Access to the washer and dryer is available and the company managing the property does provide 2 washing pods so bring your own small laundry soap if you want to do more than 2 loads. Pool is kept up and is clean ( we met the pool guy on our visit and he’s very nice). There are also extra floats to use if you didn’t bring any. The dock is nice, no bad boards. Only draw back to the dock is that the night fishing lights don’t work, so if night fishing is your thing, bring your own. Grass is well kept and very lush and green. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Property management is very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend renting!

Great stay

Fantastic house, 10-15 min from everything with a private dock and pool. Had all the amenities listed as well as a couple kitchen appliances. Would recommend and would stay again!

Excellent!

We had a great time. Had fun kayaking, swimming, and watching baseball in the back yard at the tiki hut. Nina was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. We had to shift our days due to hurricane Beryl, which they did without hesitation (luckily there were no conflicts with other bookings). We had an awesome time and cant wait to go back.

Rockport Family Time

We loved the location and the home was beautiful and spotless. The pool was clean and refreshing. The whole property was clean and well maintained and our family really enjoyed staying there. Great property for families (had my grandchildren ages 21 mths and 4 yrs). Definitely recommend it and would stay again.

Such a charming house

The house was perfect and had everything we needed. We spent our days enjoying the pool and soaking up the sun and our evenings watching the sun set over the bay. Everything was perfect.

Family Vacation

The house was wonderful. Comfy beds, very cute decor, and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was beautiful and there was easy access to shopping and restaurants. The management company was easy to communicate with and the owners were very nice. We all enjoyed our trip. Thank you!

Great quick getaway

We stayed here for a quick weekend getaway just to reset from our busy lives. This was perfect. Relaxing, clean, and easy. Everything you need to just unplug from life.

Beautiful Home. Bad experience

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Where to begin? For starters, we arrived an hour after check in time. Found that the grass had just been cut probably that same day. In doing so the pool was covered with grass and though I spent some time trying to clean it. I couldn’t get enough out for kids to have fun, which was the first thing they wanted to do when we arrived. That night everyone is settling into bed. We notice dog/cat hair on beds and couches. That’s because the page said “not pet friendly” so my wife had allergies the entire time. *I do have pictures of kids clothes with pet hair on them. Then what would have been the best time of my stay, the fishing pier. All of our neighbors had their pier lights working except for ours. Granted the day before we left an electrician showed up but didn’t have to proper tools to fix lights 🤯. We found ants in one of the bed rooms at arrival. I mean the list goes on. We all pay good money to rents these places and in my opinion should have everything in working order. Needless to say, pier lights were never repaired. Beautiful home....Bad experience. I did reach out to property management. Obviously nothing was done.
