WATERFRONT, PRIVATE BOAT DOCK, FABULOUS DECK VIEWS
We welcome you, your family and friends to enjoy our RECENTLY UPDATED AND REMODELED family friendly coast home with 6 bedrooms, 3 baths and an open living/dining area along with a fully equipped kitchen with stunning waterfront views and free Wifi.

The homes open floor plan includes four spacious bedrooms upstairs and a private entranced 2 bedroom apartment downstairs which makes it quite comfortable for multi families, 6 couples or just a group of friends that want a private, relaxing vacation.

The house can comfortably sleep 12 and our large inside dining table has plenty of room for everyone to enjoy those fresh, daily caught fish meals.

You’re welcome to bring dogs for a $300 pet fee up to 2 dogs. Partially Fenced back yard. (Dogs are not allowed in pool)

Enjoy the beautiful canal waterfront views while relaxing on over 400 sq. feet of COVERED DECKS.

You will truly enjoy our SMART HDTV's throughout the home, private Wi-Fi, large inside dining area with stunning views, 2 comfortable outdoor dining & seating areas and pool. The boat dock is within the private back yard.

Park your boat on the private boat slip and take it out to Aransas Bay or the Gulf of Mexico for a day of fishing.

Please note this home has cameras on the outside of home.

We love this place! We have stayed multiple times and always found it clean and perfectly appointed. There is plenty of room for everyone in our large family. And, we almost always get to see a dolphin in the canal.

Nice House with a pool

My family stayed here for a fishing trip and we really enjoyed it. The house was clean and spacious and it was nice relaxing in the pool. The host was very kind and made sure we had everything we need. I would absolutely recommend this property.

Perfect place!

It was the perfect getaway for my family! We enjoyed the pool & fishing off of the pier. Tammye was great to work with and had great communication. We will stay here again.

Fantastic stay! Location was great and we loved the house and pool. Pool has some shade from morning until afternoon and again late evening. Nice breeze upstairs on patio during mid-day. Great view of canal and dolphins in the bay.

Our family takes a trip every summer. We were thrilled to find this place on the dates all could go. Our kids really enjoyed the pool & fishing off the little dock. They had fun catching crab & perch. Hope we can stay again sometime.

Great Stay With Family

The place is up to date and very clean. Kids had fun swimming in the pool and fishing off the dock. Open floor plan is great for multiple people moving around. Would stay again.

Larg group stay

First time staying in Rockport, we usually stay closer to Port-A. Great area with access to more stores and convinces. The house is a great size, plenty of room for cooking and hanging out. Would definitely re-book!

The house was perfect for our group with plenty of shareable space and with great spacious bedrooms. The only thing that could’ve been better is the boat slip/deck could use an update. Overall great property.

Wonderful, comfortable property

We stayed at this property during our annual week in Rockport. We so enjoyed this clean, comfortable property. Very conveniently located, nicely appointed with fully stocked kitchen, towels, comfortable furniture, etc. The owners were super responsive to questions. We were three couples total and we all enjoyed the property immensely!

Something for everyone

House is in a great location and checked all the boxes. Pool for everyone, grill for dad, tvs in every room, games for kids and dad, and great views to enjoy morning coffee for grandma. Communication with owner was amazing and really made the stay even better. Great place to stay! Highly recommend.

Great escape

Great place for a larger family. House had everything…best vrbo place we have rented! Large porch, on the canal, open living room/kitchen area for hanging out. This place was designed for fun. If you’re considering staying in rockport area, don’t search anywhere else—just book here!
