You will enter the home through a covered porch (or through the attached 2-car garage) and will find yourself in the downstairs foyer. The upstairs level is large and an open concept, with ocean views and an expansive ocean-facing deck, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning mist or kicking back with a glass of wine while watching the setting sun. The deck features a comfortable outdoor seating arrangement, dining table with seating for 6 and a barbecue.

The large kitchen will definitely impress anyone who loves to cook, and is fully outfitted with equipment to make a great meal. An open dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and includes seating for 8 at the spacious table.

The great room maintains a comfortable sectional sofa and additional seating. The 75” Samsung smart TV has an attached Sonos sound bar, all of which creates an a great environment for a fun movie night.

One large bedroom sits on the upper level and has a king bed, a daybed that can be used as an extra bed for little ones and an attached bath with a walk-in shower and bidet. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are situated on the lower level of the property. Bedroom 2 features a king bed, 55 " flatscreen TV, a desk and chair suitable for computer or other work, a small attached patio and a beautiful spa-like bathroom, which includes a bidet and a roomy walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 also features an attached patio, 55" flatscreen TV and has a queen bed A third bathroom in the lower level hallway has a shower/tub combo.

The property maintains a high chair, pack & play (with sheets) and toddler dinnerware.

The attached garage accommodates a maximum of 2 cars, features a washer and dryer, and offers 2 bikes (guests must bring their own helmets and sign waiver prior to using bikes), a foam surfboard, 2 boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, pickle ball and tennis rackets and beach towels.

The amenities of Seabluffe include gated entry, two pools (one of which is heated year-round), hot tub, 4 tennis courts, 4 pickle ball courts, a half basketball court, kiddie playground and private community stairs to the beach.

Regarding nearby beaches, tides and ocean currents can carry sand and/or sediment a few feet or hundreds of feet away. Tides and currents (mainly caused by weather factors) are the main way beaches are created, changed, and even destroyed, as the currents move sediment and debris from one place to another. Beaches are constantly changing and may be sandy at times and rocky at others. Your host cannot guarantee a sandy beach.

Minimum 7 night stay required. Saturday check-in and check-out only. Maximum number of guests: 7.

$450 fee includes $275 cleaning fee, guest HOA registration fee and utilities.

Update September 2026:

The Seabluffe private stairs to the beach have been damaged by the recent waves and the stairs are closed. The HOA is working with engineers to fix but not sure when that will happen. The stairs at Grandview are currently closed as a precaution and they will probably/hopefully open once they are certain the powerful wave pattern is done. The best entrance to the beach now is Ponto Beach/South Carlsbad which is north on the other side of the gas station. Let me know if you have questions.
