You'll fall in love with the contemporary, open floor plan of this top-floor condo, which boasts one of the few oversized balconies. It's also one of the only retreats offering views of both the ocean and bay area, along with the outdoor pool courtyard.
This rare gem is filled with unique touches, from the multiple windows inviting natural light to the beautiful hardwood floors and ample comfortable seating for the whole family. The Mac Shack comes equipped with everything you need to enhance your stay, including games, books, DVDs, premium cable channels, and a variety of movies for evening or rainy-day entertainment.
In the open-concept living and dining area, thereâs comfortable seating for the entire family, a large TV with premium cable, a spacious dining table, and a separate desk area for computer use. One of the two private balcony entrances is just off the dining area. Next to the dining space is a full-sized kitchen, complete with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. You'll find everything you need to prepare family meals, from cookware to utensils and tableware.
The first main suite, located just off the kitchen, includes a king bed, dresser storage, closet space, a private bathroom, and the second access to the private balcony. Floor-to-ceiling windows let in natural light, so you can wake up to the sunrise over the ocean.
The second and third bedrooms are perfect for accommodating a large family, with a queen bed in the second bedroom and two twin beds in the third. The second suite also has a private bathroom, while both rooms feature ample closet space, dressers, and beach-themed decor.
You'll appreciate the convenience of the garage-level storage closet and two assigned parking spaces, located next to the elevator for easy access. At pool level, you'll find Viking-style outdoor grills and teak seating for the whole family.
The Sanctuary is a hidden gem in secluded Sandbridge, adjacent to False Cape State Park and the Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge.
