Your 4BR/3.5BA newly upgraded tri-level Bear Hollow townhome has a bonus room and spectacular views of the valley and The Canyons Ski Resort.
As soon as you walk in, you’ll be taken with the beautiful, spacious living area. Relax on the plush couch or one of the lounge chairs while you enjoy the ambience of the gas fireplace. Watch favorite shows on the 55" 4K TV. The high ceilings and huge windows add natural light to an already gorgeous room.
You'll feel at home in the gourmet, fully-stocked kitchen just a few steps up from the living area. Granite countertops and new (in 2025) state-of-the-art appliances might even convince you to stay in!
The open concept makes it easy for chefs to socialize with guests in the dining area that seats eight. Two more can sit at the bar. For little guests, there is a highchair, Graco collapsible crib, and kids table in the kitchen closet under the stairs.
Upstairs, you’ll find the primary bedroom with a king-size bedroom set, 49" 4K TV, and an en-suite bathroom. This bathroom has a walk-in shower, luxurious bathtub, and double vanity.
Down the hall is the guest bedroom, complete with a queen-size bedroom set and 43" 4K TV. The other guest bedroom upstairs has full-over-full bunk beds. These two rooms share a bathroom just outside their doors that boasts a tub/shower combination.
Downstairs, you’ll find the bonus room with a queen-size bed, 43" 4K TV, and an en-suite bathroom.
Upgraded amenities and decor throughout the townhome include stainless steel pots and pans, as well as premium bedding and down comforters. The central air conditioning ensures your comfort year-around. All TVs are equipped with streaming media players, allowing easy connection to your Netflix, Prime, Hulu or other accounts and high-speed WiFi is available throughout the home.
Outside, you’ll love relaxing on the covered deck, which has a gas grill, hot tub, and spectacular views. Attention winter enthusiasts: when your day is complete, store up to 16 pairs of skis or snowboards on the purpose-built racks in the private two-car garage. Included in the garage is a 32A Level 2 EV charger plus a 240V, 50A (NEMA14-50) outlet for charging a second EV. The complex also has a heated shared pool (open seasonally) and a clubhouse.
This townhome is the perfect headquarters for your action-packed, mountain vacation. You're just minutes from Park City Resort, Deer Valley Resort, and Tanger Outlet Mall, all of which are on the bike and ski-friendly bus route. Park City’s lively Main Street is just 11 minutes away by car.

Great place!

The size was great for the 7 of us, plenty of bedrooms with beds to spare in the bunk room. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, beautiful pans, dishes, etc. Hot tub was really nice. Great walking through the neighborhood, and a quick (10ish minutes) drive to The Canyons and the rest of Park City! Excellent location! Vacasa was very responsive and good about checking in with us.

Great condo, very close to Canyons

Our group had a spectacular week at the Bobsled Haven condo. From easy parking and access, to a full kitchen with outdoor gas grill, to a convenient and well maintained hot tub, and comfortable beds/furniture, this place had it all. Hot water never seemed to run out even though our group showered simultaneously before dinner. Very close to the canyons (free parking at cabriolet lift) and the kimball junction shopping area. Worth the price and would stay here again. Thank you for everything!

Excellent home!

This house was one of the best I’ve stayed in yet. We packed so many things we didn’t need, since the house literally came FULLY stocked. We literally only needed our clothes and food. Other than the unjust noise complaint (they called on the wrong house MULTIPLE times) we would definitely stay here again.

Place was great! Only issue was coming back after a day on the slopes to find the hot tub drained and being refilled. It took until the next day to get up to temperature. Missed a whole night of using the hot tub...and it was our last night. Total bummer.

Family Ski Trip

The house was amazing! Our family of 5, with 22 mos old, 5, and 8, plus nanny, had a great time here! We were up and out of the house early because of kids, so the ~5 miles to the resort wasn’t an issue. The hot tub and flip-switch fireplace were must haves! The kitchen was well-stocked for plenty of home-cooked meals, and the grill was great too! As a family house, I’d recommend the owner stock the kitchen with some plastic, kid-proof dishes and cups, but (thankfully) nothing broke on our stay. Will plan to stay here again! Thanks, The Coles

Family gathering

Seven of my family members stayed at this condo for a family gathering in Park city. I found the description of the property to be very accurate. We had no issues with cleanliness and found the condo to be very comfortable. I had a small issue with accessing the property due to the key code, not operating properly, but when I reached out to the management company, they were very prompt to respond. I would definitely recommend this condo to any family member that was looking to stay in Park city. If you go be sure to visit the Olympic Village, which sits right behind the subversion. Our family spent close to two hours in the museum there and found it very interesting.

Fabulous place for a family

Our family stayed here for Thanksgiving weekend. We had a wonderful time. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies (pots, pans etc.) It is very close to a grocery store and other shopping. The only reason I can’t give it an overall 5 is because there were no dish cloths or dish towels and not enough dish soap in the kitchen. Also, there is a lovely bedroom in the basement, but it is very cold in the winter and the space heater that was provided was broken. It also would be nice to have had a high chair. All in all, however, we had a wonderful time and a very memorable Thanksgiving!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had reserved a 5 bedroom house and a week before we were to arrive, we were informed that our house wasn't available because the owner had not blacked out those dates. When I was contacted, I felt like it was my fault and there wasn't even a apology. I was offered a refund or 10% discount, after I asked for it. When I agreed, to the terms the new listing wasn't sent until my husband called back. Loved the house and it's a perfect place for families.

Comfortable and Well Appointed

We were happy with the size, cleanliness, and comfort of the townhouse, it made for a great "home" after skiing. It accommodated six adults very well. The kitchen is well equipped, and everything worked well. It was nice to have a two-stall attached garage! The management was quickly responsive to our needs. We would definitely rent it again.
