I'm glad you enjoyed your stay however, you left the property absolutely disgusting. There was trash on the floors, dirty dishes on the counter, excessive laundry, stained bed comforters, vomit on the bathroom rugs and an array of other unacceptable conditions. I hope that in the future you will treat other peoples property with more respect. I allowed you to have your event at my home and you took advantage of my generosity.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It had everything we needed. The location is wonderful. We enjoyed the pool area and the wide open feel of the back yard. We highly recommend!! Can’t wait to come back next year!!

Great property, convenient location!

We loved staying at this house. It was clean and well-kept, with plenty of space. The backyard was very nice with real grass, hot tub/pool, and fire pit for chilly evenings. Very conveniently located to shops, restaurants, and great hiking!

Perfect location!

Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Neighbors and golfers were very friendly. Location perfect for Spring Training. Lots of shopping n restaurants near by. Hope to be back some day.

We stayed here for 5 days while visiting my parents. It was wonderful. Great setup, plenty of towels, the Kitchen was very well stocked and the space was absolutely great. Will stay there again

Perfect house for spring break!

This was a family trip for spring break that just so happened to coincide with the NCAA Men's Final Four. The property was in a great location for access to downtown and the stadium. There were a lot of stores and restaurants close to the house. The pool and hot tub were definitely a big positive! Overall the house was very homey and comfortable. We highly recommend this property to others!

We were in town to watch our college son golf in the PAC West Championship. The house was in a great location and very close to the course. We asked to have the pool heated. My husband said it was almost too warm, but he loved it! Would definitely stay here again!

Last Minute Trio to Arizona

Great Property with plenty of amenities and safe location. We appreciated having plenty of towels(pool and bath), bedding and pillows. Beds were very comfortable and everyone had a television in their bedrooms. Having pool floaties was great and a gas grill for grilling was fantastic We enjoyed watching the golfers from the backyard and we were able to play golf at the course too. There were cooking spices and the kitchen was stocked well with utensils and pans for in home cooking. Thank you for sharing your home.

This Goodyear home was perfect for our group of 5. The house is spacious, well decorated, has comfortable beds, and has a kitchen equipped with everything you need for preparing meals. It is conveniently located close to restaurants, golf courses, and grocery stores. The backyard has a beautiful pool and fire pit. Being able to watch the golfers kept us entertained. The property owners are easy to work with and answered our questions quickly. We would definitely rent this home again!

3 generation family visit

The home was perfect. I, the Greandmother, daughter and 12 year old grandson live in different states and stayed at the home, here to visit another daughter and her family. The home was very clean, perfect kitchen, well stocked, large tv and viewing area, great outdoor seating. We loved the pool and spa area, it felt like home, and a quiet safe neighborhood to walk. Lots of restaurants and shopping. Darlene was a wonderful host and I plan to return in a few months. I’ve found the perfect home away from home to visit friends and family.
