Home was exactly what we hoped for. The home was clean and nice. The porch goes out over the water enough to fish and to hear the waves at all times. The beach is 300 yards (guess) away. The sun and moon rises were awesome. The other two homes are really close by, but their guest were nice and we swapped fishing tips. We had a nice trip!

We enjoyed our stay overall. Night one we were greeted by Bertha and “murder mosquitos” but weather was perfect after night one. The house was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. You really can’t beat the views and we were able to see dolphins from the deck. The beds were extremely comfortable and we felt comfortable in the home. We did have to “fight” with the neighbors on both sides for parking - even ON the property. We would stay here again. Thank you for letting us stay in your home. Was a much needed week away.

You unfortunately arrived right after a tropical depression, and all the rain definitely brought out the “murder mosquitoes.” Thankfully, the neighborhood has since been treated for mosquitoes. We also apologize for the parking frustration. Unfortunately, we can’t control how guests at the neighboring homes park, even when they use areas that impact our property. We truly appreciate your understanding and are happy to hear you’d stay with us again. We’d love to have you back for another getaway—hopefully with sunshine, fewer mosquitoes, and plenty of dolphins!

My family vacationed with a 16 year old who loves fishing and a 10 year old who loves the beach so this was the perfect location for us. The house has a well equipped kitchen and plenty of room for each of us to have our own space. The 10 year old loved the privacy of the upstairs room.

Beautiful house with great location

Loved our stay at Sheryl's house. Not only did we LOVE the view, the house is beautifully decorated with very comfortable bedding. We had everything we needed and appreciated the short walk to the beach that was not too crowded. Sheryl was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful seaside property

This was such a unique waterfront property. My son in law caught a 14” redfish from the front porch. The ocean views were wonderful. Also, the house was stocked with paper products, beach chairs, and games and many other convenient items. Our family loved staying here!

A Heavenly View!

This beach house was lovely! Waking up to miles of ocean right out the windows couldn’t be beat. We saw dolphins right from the deck and the bird watching was great! The sound of waves crashing against the shore was hypnotic! It’s our new favorite place!

Another Fantastic, Repeat Vacation!

Just as last year, the visit went off without a single issue and everything was perfect during our stay. The pocket beach is a perfect location in comparison to the house, the fishing is fantastic, and the home is absolutely perfect for our group. Sheryl makes everything easy.
