THIS IS MY ONLY LISTING DATES AND YOU MUST BOOK ALL 7 NIGHTS. ( yes I set the booking minimum listing to 3 days so it appears in more searches but since it is not an Instant Booking, I will decline or modify quote for any requests less than the 7 nights. You may arrive/depart any day between these dates but all 7 nights must be booked/ paid. Once paid ( non-refundable) I will contact Marriott to add your names to the reservation and you will be copied by email.
Checkin after 4pm May 30-June 6 2026 checkout 10am
( also please don’t get frustrated that other calendar dates appear open, it is so if you search a week before or after my dates it is setup so my unit will appear in your search, perhaps your time is flexible)

THIS IS A NON REFUNDABLE BOOKING ( once you book my listing is blocked so this is the reason) - YOU PAY IF YOU STAY OR NOT.
SO TAKE YOUR TIME RESEARCHING THIS GEM and communicating with me thru the VRBO app. Once you PAY I will share per VRBO rules my contact information and your name will be change with Marriott Owner Reservation by me. You can be on the phone call with me.
I will need your full leagl name as shown on your id card to provide to Marriott's Grande Ocean front desk upon your arrival. You also at checkin desk will be required to place a major credit card on file for bar foods/drinks ( cashless resort) and additional damage deposits.

This is (1) OWNER week of mine I am renting $1000/day - 7 day rental .Total Rent $7000, add $119 Damage Protection, add $300 cleaning fee , and Taxes, VRBO booking fees. I will only accept rental for the entire rental 7 night period, thus the reason I don't allow INSTANT BOOKING SO YOU AND ME (WE communicate thru VRBO app before YOU PAY) - PLEASE NOTE AGAIN THIS IS A NON REFUNDABLE BOOKING DUE TO THE SHORT INTERVAL OF AVAILABILTY and Holiday Week.
I am not showing any of my own pics ( i am very computer challenged these days and cant see to upload correct png sizes) but you are welcome to use internet and google the Marriott Grande Ocean Resort Hilton Head Island SC property.= see many more pics.
The units are all identical however due to staged yearly renovations the interior design/colors you see on your internet search may or may not be the actual furniture however you can rest knowing this is the HIGHEST SYMBOL Interval Internationsl Elite Resort Rating and check it out yourself.

The resort property sits along the shores of the Atlantic Ocean, 2 U-shaped groups of buildings make up the entire resort that you and your guests will have access to indoor/outdoor pools and hot spas on the property as well as an on site workout facility.

If I don't rent it I am using it myself so I will not negotiate on price or length of rental. HHI is sold out this holiday week typically.

UNIT MAX OCCUPANY IS 8 PEOPLE (all size shapes genders ages) You must produce indentification at the resort check in facility that matches the NAME I provide the resort for the VRBO booking. You must also provide id's for anyone over 18 and ALL must wear a rubber arm band to display at all times in common areas - this also is their own way to control MAX 8 PEOPLE and to keep people off the resort that should not be there for your safety. ON SITE SECURITY FORCE - no monkey business allowed.

There is Free Parking for 1 vehicle under condo buildings , 1 vehicle outside condo, and additional free overflow parking across the street.

Actual UNIT is assigned to guest at checkin time. ALL UNITS have a King in Master Bedroom, Queen Sofa Sleeper in the Living Room, and either 2 queens or 1 queen and 1 sofa sleeper in 2nd Bedroom.
Closet with hangers and electronic safe provided.

OUTDOOR GAS GRILL Areas.

Parking Garage has height restrictions and you are on your own parking risks and You get 1 under the garage spot as well as additional parking around the property..
MOST VANS/SUVS will fit under the garge as long as you don't have a roof lugage bag/box. Parkng is also available outside the condo lot and across the street with plenty of height clearance (the sky).

Don’t delay, if your search their hotel site you will not see any available units.

Due to short rental availability the booking is not refundable, keep in mind once a 7 day time ( only 1 here) is booked it blocks the calendar from others seeing availability since it’s YOUR booked and blocked out time now.

You might find cheaper places on the island but not along the ocean, many involve very long walks to the public beach access and it can be very hot this time of year. Also if you stay other places that are too far to walk you will find public parking almost impossible and still have to walk, even Sea Pines beach overflow parking is a good walk from their golf clubhouse overflow lot. Worse, if a pop up storm comes up, we’ll those other places you walked from are the same walk distance back.
