Enjoy unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico and our private powdery white beach from the 2nd floor (elevator and laundry available on this and every floor). This renovated unit has FABULOUS sight lines from the white kitchen with enormous breakfast bar throught the AWESOME living space, through the screened lanai to the dreamy Gulf waters. The large master has an update ensuite and plenty of closet and dresser space. The second bedroom has 2 twin size beds. The main bath has an oversized vanity with a large stand up shower. This great unit sleeps up to 5 guests. Watch beautiful sunsets from your individual private balcony.

The best beach vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay. The kids absolutely love the white powder sand. The apartment was great. There were certain things that needed to cleaned a bit more. There were plenty of crubs or debris in the utensil drawer. Same for the cabinets where the pots and pans were. My biggest complaint was the master bathroom. When the faucet was open for use the smell that came from the drain was terrible. It seems to be there is a plumbing issue, perhaps sewage fumes? It was very unpleasant. I had to close the bathroom door at bedtime as the smell would seep through into the bedroom. It even made my eyes sting. I resorted to using the other bathroom.

I have stayed in apartment 205 many times before as my grandmother was an owner while I was growing up. The Casa Blanca is my favorite place to stay in Siesta Key and I recommend it to everyone

15th year at Siesta Key Casa Blanca

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 15th year staying in the beachfront apartments at Casa Blanca. Our extended family takes 2-3 units each year. David and the staff at the front office our very responsive and doing a great job managing the property. This year we had a surprise rodent infestation when a rat took residence in our 206 unit. Having a live rat scrambling around in the ceiling and HVAC runs was disconcerting to say the least and we needed to move the children over to our unit 205 for safety at night. The staff was able to remove the rodent after two sleepless nights. We received credit at 206 for the two nights and are very thankful. Let's hope next year is more peaceful. Unit 205 could use some updating. The staff needs to monitor the cleaning crew more closely as I needed to wash floors upon arrival.

Great Place!

We do prefer the condo building because of the view and the proximity to the beach. There were a few things missing from the kitchen, but the owner replaced them for us. Her phone number is on the refrigerator door!

Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Casa Blanca many times and LOVE it. We usually stay in a villa, this time we stayed in an apartment. The view and proximity to the beach were amazing, but the condition of the apartment was no where near that of the villa we stay in. Also, having people on all sides of you wasnt what we thought it would be, we felt we had to be quieter than we feel in the villa. Listen we love Casa Blanca, but will be staying in the villas from now on.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our unit was spacious and overall clean. We did notice the fabric on the chairs around the table, the stools at the counter and the chairs in the den area were noticeably dirty. These need cleaning from high usage. The coffee maker had been put away with coffee grounds still inside. This had turned into a moldy mess but fixable. This unit is not as well taken care of as the other units we’ve been in during the last six years.

Reviewer Comments: Hello - We stayed in unit #205 from April 1-10 and we enjoyed the attentiveness of the staff and the cleanliness of the grounds and beach. The unit #205 had some issues with the floor not being cleaned prior to check in and so we took care of that cleaning ourselves. The property did not have enough beach chairs and we understand that may have been a result of the hurricane 6months earlier. Overall we have been very happy with the staff (TJ & Tonia) and the lodgings and location are why we have returned for the last 10 years. Joseph Palmer
