If you are looking for a relaxing place, stunning sea and mountain views, outdoor activities and good food you have found the ideal location !

Having for many years successfully rented our previous home in Opio, we are now delighted to be able to offer you our beautiful recently rennovated new house in the next door village of Le Rouret. Situated on top of a hill, in a very quiet area offering magnificent views of the Mediterranean sea and the Alpes, the villa is close to all the local amenities, 10 minutes drive to Valbonne village with all its restaurants, 12 minutes to picturesque village of Saint Paul de Vence and 25 minutes to the hustle and bustle of Nice, Cannes, Juan les Pins and all the beaches. Local activities includes 2 golf courses, tennis, horse riding, canyoning or cycling.

The indoor space is large, mostly open plan, with lots of light coming through several sets of French doors opening onto the large south-facing terrace and garden. The villa has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a nice living area with fireplace and an open kitchen / dinning area. The house is equipped with UK and French television and WIFI connection.

A 5x12 m heated swimming pool is the ideal place to spend a few lazy days with a book and a glass of good French wine. A beautiful BBQ terrace looking towards the sea and several sitting areas around the villa were specially created to be able to enjoy your evenings on the Cote D’Azur !

A weekly cleaning and laundry service, gardener and pool cleaner are provided and included in the rental charge.

La villa de Carmen et Pascal est magnifique, luxueuse et très confortable. L'accueil était parfait, et la communication très fluide. On espère y revenir !

Fabulous villa

A wonderful, immaculate villa. Fabulous panoramic views to the coast and mountains. Superb safe pool. Brilliantly equipped with everything you need and plenty of it. Delightful owners and Isabelle the housekeeper - all so helpful. The only negative was this year's weather.... but we've all had that so far! Great villa and spotless. Love it!

BRILLIANT VILLA

Beautiful villa located very close to the villages and shops, but very quiet and secluded. Stunning views, exceptionally clean, very spacious and ACs in all bedrooms. Children particularly loved the good sized swimming pool and table tennis. We are particularly grateful to the wonderful owners who greeted us in the vila and helped us throughout the holiday with all our requests. We are hoping to be back again one day, thank you!

Villa Constantin met all our expectations

A fantastic house with a wonderful garden. We all twelve enjoyed our stay very much. A lovely pool, table tennis and chess meant that we could always be active when we wanted. In addition there was a lot to do and see in the area, which was also positive when we wanted to make an excursion. I also had a very good contact with the host from the beginning and Isabellle who took care of everything on site is a very nice person.

This is a great Villa!

We stayed for 8 nights and loved our time there. The owners happened to be in the area when we arrived and kindly arranged for some food and drinks to be there and gave us a warm welcome. The house is immaculate. Really clean, well decorated and furnished all to a high quality. Great views all around and was so relaxing just being there. Location is ideal to explore some of the best towns in the area. Would definitely stay again.

A perfect stay

We stayed with my family at Pascal and Carmen’s newly renovated house. Truly magnificent villa that has been well thought out throughout. Clean, spacious, high quality furniture, comfortable with all the utensils and appliances needed for any occasion. Large bedrooms with aircon, great kitchen and spacious living room. The main bedrooms also have their own terraces which is perfect for watching the sunset the in the evening with a glass of rose. Wonderful outside garden with fabulous sea views and a stunning and large pool that is perfect for any family small or large. A lot of parasols and deck chairs around the pool to cool-off in much needed shade during the day. The location of the property is set just a few minutes to local (high quality) shops serving all your daily needs. The house is only a 15-20 minutes drive to St Paul, Mougins and Valbonne which makes for easy afternoon and evening trips to some of South of France best villages. Carmen, Pascal and Isabelle (property manager) were a real delight and catered to our family needs promptly and as required. They were the perfect hosts. In short, this house is exceptional in all regards. We can’t think of a single fault while we stayed there for more than 2 weeks. Big thank you to Carmen, Pascal and Isabelle for making us feel so welcomed and offering this wonderful holiday home.

Fantastic Villa - immaculate and stunning views

The villa was amazing, could not fault a single thing. Carmen the host and Isabel property manager were perfect and attended to all our needs. So much to list but some of the highlights the size of the pool, the table tennis table, the fire pit and the outdoor lights gave a lovely setting each night to enjoy the BBQ and rose. Thank you.
