We spent our honeymoon here and were honestly blown away at how perfect everything was! Our stay was exceptional, everything was extremely clean, and our hosts were so quick to respond and very great at communicating. The location couldn’t have been more perfect and we were a 3 minute walk to the beach, and used the bikes to bike everywhere in town which was a huge plus. Hot tub was amazing, bed was extremely comfortable, and we were even greeted with a charcuterie board and sparkling wine when we got there! 10/10 stay and we will definitely be back here in the future!

We absolutely loved this little bungalow and all that Dana & Mario added to it. The bungalow is the perfect size for a couple. It could not have been any cleaner. It was very obvious to us that Dana and Mario are very particular of the special house that they use for hosting guests. The nice soft king size bed, the two large flat screen TVs and all the kitchen amenities are really nice, but in my opinion, it was the private patio in the back of the house that really won me over. It seems very secluded with a privacy fence and curtains on the right side, curtains and natural vegetation on the back side and two lots of natural vegetation on the left side. The patio offers a four-person hot tub, an outside shower, a gas grill and a Solo wood burning stove. Two recliners and a dining table with two chairs complete that part of the package. I kept trying to figure out how I can add that to our home in Kentucky. They also included three very nice, almost new beach chairs and a beach umbrella. It was a very easy walk to the beach (260 steps?). Mario communicated with us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. Then on our last night there was a thunderstorm that caused our electricity to blink. Mario called me within minutes to make sure we still had electricity and that we were OK.We highly recommend this bungalow for a couple that wants to enjoy together time and beach time. SIX STARS out of Five!

Stop searching you’ve found the place!

Stayed here for a long weekend! Steps from the beach, a short bike ride or golf cart drive to Seaside. House is perfect and has everything you need, and the backyard is so peaceful and tranquil. Will be staying here again.

Best little get away to 30a

My husband and I absolutely loved this sweet little home, it was just a hop skip and jump to the beach and relatively close to shops/food. The host were so kind and left a bottle of champagne and a few snacks! We would definitely recommend staying here!

Hello! We enjoyed vacationing here for over15 years and on each trip it was harder to leave. When we would go back home, friends would say, "you are going to move there someday aren't you?" I guess it was obvious how we felt about this amazing place.
Six years ago we full-filled their prophecy and moved here from south Florida to our beach vacation home, which is just down the road from Juan Love.
We are still inspired daily by the natural beauty that surrounds us and the friendly small town atmosphere. Kayaking with dolphins and rays, swimming with sea turtles, watching nature's show every night at sunset or biking in the forest and along 30A - we always find something fun to do.
We also enjoy amazing events throughout the year like the Songwriters Festival in January, Digital Graffiti in May and the Mountain Film Festival in November, plus many wine festivals in the spring & fall.
Every day is a new experience and we are so grateful to be here.

We wanted to offer a unique experience for just couples to enjoy a luxury beach house in a romantic spa like setting. We hand cleared the lot ourselves to preserve as much of the natural beauty that so often just gets lost with bigger homes. Juan Love's smaller footprint allowed us to save the old growth oak trees on the property and create a natural private setting, a nod to the homes that were originally built here.

We designed and built the back patio ourselves over many months, envisioning how the outdoor shower, spa pergola, dining area and even the grill would fit around the oak trees. Yes, we bumped our heads a lot until everything was in place! Honestly, it turned out better than we imagined and we hope it will be just as special to you.
We also completed all of the finishes inside the home. Going for a romantic modern vibe in a relaxing and efficient space.

When we vacationed here, just a few hours at the beach with the scent of salt and pine in the air put us right into relaxation mode. Juan Love's location in the heart of 30A is perfect. You can walk to the beach and then come back and hop in the hot tub to rejuvenate and get ready to explore the area. 30A has a paved bike path that makes it easy to take your time exploring Deer Lake & Grayton Beach State Parks or the communities of Seaside, Watercolor and Grayton Beach. Along the way you will find top notch coastal cuisine and a variety of local shops. Make sure to make it back to the beach in time for sunset and then spend the evening dining on the private patio or lounging under the stars. We hope by the end of your trip that you will be wanting more, just like we did, and that you will return to enjoy the Juan Love Experience.
