Home Details: Private parking spot out front for one car. White shiplap, tile floors, and crisp colors greet you, along with comfortable, modern furniture. The open-concept downstairs space makes it clear you’ll have everything you need, whether it’s a dining table for 4, or a spacious kitchen with full-size appliances + Keurig. Completing the 1st Floor is a full bathroom with shower plus a full-sized washer and dryer. Upstairs is an additional loft space with a large king bedroom. Ample closet space is available for guests and an additional half-bathroom is located right at the top of the stairs behind a sliding farm door. Curtains help give the loft extra privacy when needed.

Just a 1/3 mile walk to Seaside! This chic beach home is the perfect vacation spot whether you stay a few days, a week, or a month.

Nice unit and Perfect location!

Great place and wonderful unit but needs a little TLC. Doors didn’t close properly, couch needs to be replaced. It definitely needs a thorough cleaning. The AC unit doesn’t dehumidify so it has a standalone unit that requires you to empty the tank at least twice a day. For the price point you can would expect a little better.

Great location, an easy bike ride to everything beach just across he street. Comfy bed!

We really enjoyed it. It was our first visit to the 30A area There was a bit of a musty smell despite me keeping the dehumidifier empty and on. Noticeable when you first walk into the property. That would prob prevent me from renting this exact space again. But other than that everything was perfect!

New years trip

We had a wonderful trip! The manager was very responsive through the app with getting us a new bike lock code and coming to fix the fridge that was not working properly in a very timely manner. We would come back to this property again!

GREAT BEACH ACCESS

The property was as described. Clean. Easy access. Just about as close to the beach as you can get without staying in a multimillion $ home right on the beach. Easy communication with property management. The TV died while we were there and they had a new one installed less than 24 hours after we emailed them about it. This was especially nice since we had to spend more time indoors than we normally would due to the bad weather we had there last week. It was a good option for just my husband and I.

Great stay, great location!

We had an amazing girls trip. The house is located so close to the beach and to Seaside, allowing us to walk to coffee and breakfast every morning as well as dinner in the evenings. Highly, highly recommend!

Sister Getaway to Seaside!

This property was beautiful!!! My sister and I had a 4 day stay in the Carriage house and it was a perfect space for two adults! We did have some trouble with connecting to WiFi/ the Internet when at the house, but overall it was an amazing stay. We will be back!!

Great location!

The best thing about this property is the location. You can walk or bike to Seaside and access to the beach is even closer. The property is cute and cozy. Loved the open feel and decor. Would probably be best for 2 but it worked for the 4 of us. The pullout couch could use additional bedding (blanket) and the kitchen had the basics but lacking a bit if you plan to cook much. Bikes were provided which was great as well as the beach chairs and umbrella. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location, poorly equipped for winter!

Excellent cottage for a small family. Heating system does not work properly for the entire cottage. Management was able to provide extra blankets as solution but unable to provide additional heating devices. Unable to use cook in the kitchen as smoke detector is overly sensitive.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only negative is no shelf in the shower for soap and shampoo. They need to go on the floor.Great location and very comfortable for 2 people.

Beautiful and close to everything

We loved the carriage house. Very clean and modern. Very convenient and close to everything in Seaside. We loved that the beach was just steps away. Great communication with the host and management company. We would definitely consider it to stay again.

Compact Beauty

This is the perfect place for two people. The decor is beautiful. The layout is very efficient and esthetically pleasant. The location is amazing, close to the little downtown, very close to the beach and to the Public entrance to the beach that we discovered it was very important. Looking forward to go back!

Great location, close to beach and Seaside shops and restaurants. House was beautiful, clean and decorated perfectly! 🥰 Only thing is the bicycle traffic is horrible, walkers beware,, but not a fault of the property.

Beautiful space and location

It was as described, a beautiful and modern space with all the amenities you would want in a small rental. I was alone, which was perfect, and could imagine being there as a couple. But it would be crowded with more than that for sure, especially since there is no shower upstairs. Very close to the beach. Be wary of when you go… I was there right before spring break for college students started and saw the beginnings of it. The cottage is amongst several large rentals filled with screaming college kids. The construction noise was also a problem (no fault of the rental managers) so I would inquire about these factors before renting. The location is Seagrove, right outside of Seaside, which made it quieter and less-traversed while still being in walking distance to the restaurants and shops. Be aware also that check in and out times are very late/early - so you really aren’t getting much value your first and last day. That may be tough for a long weekend triip.

We had a great experience!

We stayed here as a family with our 3 young kids. It was literally a 2 minute walk to being on the beach. We rented bikes and a golf cart and had plenty to do in the community of Seaside. Good shopping, good food, beautiful beaches. Property was clean and well managed. Our only complaint was the shower is a bit cold with the shower not actually closing- beautiful half wall of glass design- just was a tad chilly out of the water. We did have issues with Wi-Fi. It was very spotty and slow so definitely wouldn’t recommend if you are needing to work and don’t have another internet option but we didn’t so it was nice being “unplugged”. Our last day the Wi-Fi stopped working all together. We reached out and management immediately was trying resolve it even bringing out a hotspot. The maintenance guy mentioned that they let the homeowner know so hopefully the carriage house and the main house would have their own internet sources in the future and it seems like that would probably fix the issue. Overall, we were really happy with our stay and would definitely stay again. Even with the minor hiccup with the Wi-Fi we were super impressed with how well management helped get us taken care of.

Beautiful Beach Cottage

Our family loved our stay at this beautiful beach cottage. The cottage was modern, clean and comfortable. We were a short walk away from the beach and Seaside restaurants. You can't beat the convenience of this location! Great hosts, who were very responsive and provided us with all of the information we needed in a timely manner. I highly recommend!

Clean and well-kept

The property was very clean and well-kept. One uncomfortable detail, the lower level bathroom is quite cold because the heat from the wall heater doesn’t reach this bathroom. Suggest an electric heater for the colder months. The unit could use more hooks for hanging towels, as well.
