Great beach stay

This property was small but so much fun. It was a quick walk to the beach and the shops/ restaurants. We had a wonderful time and this property was everything we needed.

My husband and I stayed at this great little studio during our first vacation to the Seaside area. It looks exactly like the pictures and is extremely clean, which is a must for me! The proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants is great. We loved getting out and walking around the community. It is peaceful and beautiful. Drawbacks: the shower is tiny, and the parking upon arrival was a challenge because both spots in the driveway were taken. We were told one of the vehicles in the drive actually belonged to people from the house on the other side though. The next day we had the opportunity to get a spot in the drive so it wasn’t a huge deal, just aggravating that someone parked there who shouldn’t have. There is limited parking available on the street but we barely got our little SUV in a spot without blocking the gate to a home. These things wouldn’t keep us from returning to this property but thought it might be helpful for someone else to be aware of. Overall it was a wonderful stay!

Lovely cottage by the beach

Very cozy quarters for a couple of friends to visit 30A in the winter. The house was perfect- comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, 3 bicycles that came with the house for getting around the neighborhood.

Great spot for a casual getaway

The cottage was clean and cozy, private driveway and short walk to the beach. The town is adorable, and property management was helpful and responsive. Even left us a sweet gift/beach bag! Will definitely book with them again.

We loved this rental!

This was our first visit to Seaside - the carriage house was just as pictured and described. We were could easily walk to everything. The beach was absolutely beautiful.

Mom/Daughter Getaway

We had a great stay. The only issue we had was the wifi was not working a few times. The location was perfect, quiet and relaxing. The customer service was excellent. I stayed with my 8 year old daughter and it was the perfect size for us.

Short getaway

Short trip to the beach solo. This place was very clean and equipped with everything needed. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Had to find parking on the street instead of at the property which was not as convenient as I would have liked but all in all it worked out fine. Would stay there again. Very nice place.
