POOL, SPA AND GYM: Access two pools, two spas, and a world-class gym and facilities. After your workout, freshen up in the men's and women's facilities, which include a sauna. All amenities are included at no extra cost with your rental.

THE LOCATION: Situated in building "A" at the North Coast Village Resort, just steps away from the beach on the second floor with elevator service for convenient access.

AIR CONDITIONING: Two portable units are provided, one in the bedroom and one in the living room, available during the summer months only. Note: Due to voltage limitations in the condo, only one unit can be used at a time.

KITCHEN AND DINING: Fully stocked kitchen with seating for 8+.

LIVING AREA: Ample seating for the whole family with a comfortable full-size sofa sleeper couch and two oversize seating chairs that convert into twin sleepers. Enjoy the large flat-screen TV with extended cable channels. A gas fireplace adds ambiance on cool winter days (turned off by the HOA in summer months). The dining table seats 4, with additional seating for 4 at the bar.

BATHROOM: 1-bath unit with a walk-in shower and separate vanity.

SLEEPING: Accommodates 4 guests with two Queen beds in the Master bedroom and a Full Sofa Sleeper in the living room.

LOCAL AREA: Unit A221 is located in the quieter "A" building of North Coast Village, featuring its own pool, hot tub, BBQ grills, laundry facilities, and ping pong table. Guests also have access to main area amenities with a gate key. Enjoy nearby activities such as dining, jet ski rentals, kayak excursions, and more.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: A rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival and will be sent to you via a link to our website upon your VRBO booking reservation.

EXTRAS INCLUDED FREE: High-Speed Internet, 1 assigned Garage parking space, pillows, towels (including beach) and linens. Extra parking can be accommodated in 24 hour increments by permit and is first come first serve.

EXTRAS NOT INCLUDED: Additional amenities such as Beach Umbrella and Chairs, Boogie Boards, Putters, Ping Pong equipment, Home office setup, Beach Sand Accessories for kids, Early and Late Check-in/out options are available at an additional cost. You will have an opportunity to book these items online before your arrival when you sign our rental agreement. These products and services are optional and are not mandatory for your stay.

DESCRIPTION OF FEES CHARGED: These fees are included in the service charge and are not additional.
- CLEANING: Fee for professional cleaning conforming to CDC guidelines.
- LAUNDRY: Fee for laundry service covering linens, sheets, towels, etc.
- ADMINISTRATIVE FEE: Charged by HOA for facility fob, gate keys, and parking permit delivery at arrival.

- DAMAGE COVERAGE: $59 Fee covering up to $1,500 in damage protection is mandatory but will be reimbursed to you upon arrival.
