Welcome to Sapphire #402! This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, oceanfront condo features elegant furnishings and decor. It has a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an open concept dining area, and a spacious living room with large flat-screen TV! Guests will enjoy the fantastic oceanfront views from the balcony that faces the Gulf of Mexico. Your master suite offers a very comfortable place for rest and relaxation, equipped with a King size bed, flat-screen TV, and large private master bathroom. The master bathroom has a large window facing the ocean so you can get beachside views from bed! Enjoy the oversized soaking tub or the spacious walk-in shower, plus a large vanity and vanity mirror providing ample space for getting ready for a morning around town or a night out! Guests have a choice between two additional bedrooms. The first is equipped with a Queen size bed and a bunk bed with a twin top bed and full bottom bed. The second, also has a Queen bed. Both guest bedrooms have a flat-screen TV as well. Guests have access to a shared bathroom with a combination bathtub & shower. The condo also features free WiFi and a washer and dryer in unit for your convenience!

Every stay at Sapphire #402 includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. These small extras will make your stay even more relaxing and worry-free.

Please note that, in addition to rental units, Sapphire is a residential property. Many of the units are occupied by owners that live here full time. Upon booking, you will receive a list of the Sapphire's rules and regulations. Guests are asked to respect and obey the Sapphire's rules so that everyone can enjoy their time at the resort. This brief note is to emphasize the fact that the Sapphire vigorously enforces these rules. Failure to abide by them may result in fines and eviction. Refunds will not be given to any guest that is evicted as the outcome of breaking any of the Sapphire's rules and regulations.
