Guests will have full and private access to the entire 3-bedroom townhome. You can enjoy the beautiful lake views from the porch or take a stroll down the grassy lawn to the water`s edge. Your private backyard patio features a fire pit and both Weber gas and charcoal grills. You have direct access to the lake. Please note, the 16`x24` dock is seasonal and is shared with the adjacent townhome unit. Guests traveling with pets are subject to a $75 per day pet fee.

We offer a seamless self-check-in process and give our guests space to enjoy their vacation. However, we are always available via the app or phone if you have any questions or need assistance during your stay.

* For your security, this property features a Ring doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera actively records video when motion is detected or when the doorbell is pressed.

Pets are allowed with a fee (2 max - less than 35 lbs per pet) - Additional cleaning or damage charges will be applied if:

*Furniture, linens, or flooring are soiled or damaged

Please cleanup all pet feces in the yard and dispose of in garbage
