Open floor plan great for small gatherings, perfect for families! A short golf cart ride to Moors Resort & Marina and Ralphs Restaurant. Moors offers a full service marina, boat ramp, restaurant with bar. Out of State fishing licenses can be purchased at Moors Marina.
The space
3 bedroom, 2 bath home. Located in Sherwood Shores. Large, covered front porch. Secluded back patio with new hot tub and additional seating. Outdoor area includes fire pit and charcoal grill. Perfect for cozy nights with family and friends. Open living/kitchen and roomy bedrooms. Primary has king sized mattress, en suite primary bath with walk in shower, 2nd bedroom has queen bed and 3rd bedroom has three section bunk bed, 2 twin and one full sized mattress (top has max capacity of 220lbs as well as each bottom bed) top bunk not safe for children under 6 due to risk of injury from fall. Washer and dryer available for use. Kitchen is equipped with all of the amenities of home.

We had a great stay at this amazing little house! Location was perfect for going back and forth from the Moors marina. The host was great communicating and let us check in early when we arrived due to bad storms when we got to the lake, can’t wait to stay again!!!

Great Stay

House was clean, check-in was very easy. Large spacious living space for gathering. Great little stay for the weekend! Still giving 5 stars because the place was so nice. Only downfall was parking a boat/trailer was very difficult. Overall a fantastic stay! Definitely would stay again.

We loved everything about this property. First of all, the host’s communication was excellent. The home was beautiful, super clean, and so spacious. The covered outdoor furniture and fire pit were great. Hot tub is an added perk!The home was stocked very well with all the things you need. We will definitely return! Five stars for sure!

Family fun!

Was very pleased with the VRBO. There was plenty of room for us. My mom had a large comfy chair to sit in. We enjoyed the hot tub and how close we were to the Marina.

Parents only get away

We had the best time staying here! Everything was super clean, cozy and made us feel like we were at home. The hot tub was our favorite part! Although we didn’t get to use it the fire pit area look awesome too. They had all the supplies and a smores kit too. The drive from here to Patti’s was so beautiful! We can’t wait to come back!

Clean, comfortable and casual getaway

We stayed for two nights with 5 adults and two children under the age of two. Plenty of space for everyone and kudos to whoever cleans the house. All beds we comfortable and no complaints from anyone in our group.Kitchen was well stocked with glasses, silverware and plates and just about anything else you would need. It was cold outside but the heating system kept us very comfortable. Would 100% stay again.

Employee Appreciation weekend

This was a very nice place! The host was very sweet and was quick with responses when I had questions. This was definitely home away from home! We will be back! We loved riding our side by side and golf cart around to see the quiet neighborhood. Very beautiful.

The property was beautiful, clean and spacious. It was perfect for our girls trip! Host even left s'mores ingredients for us! Beds were very comfortable and the living room was great for playing games and visiting. Hot tub was a wonderful, relaxing end to the day, as well as the cute sitting areas around the fire pit and front porch. Look forward to staying again!

Peaceful Oasis

My husband and I had a great time during our stay at this beautiful lake house. The house is thoughtfully laid out and decorated nicely. The living room is cozy and inviting, and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The master bedroom and bathroom were luxurious. And the hot tub was a perfect place to relax. We loved our stay at this house and would definitely come back.

Perfect weekend getaway

We were in town for a bike race nearby. This location was the perfect place to rest and spend time with friends. The place was very clean and everything was nicely decorated. The owner left s’mores supplies for us which we all enjoyed. I would definitely come back here. I have no negatives whatsoever.

Great Couples Getaway

My husband and I stayed with another couple. We visited Patty's and The Elk/Bison Range. We would stay here again. The place is very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The host replied back quickly, check in and out was very easy. We arrived an hour early and was able to check in. The hot tub worked and was an extra bonus to the place. The firepit was nice, the host left us a smore kit for the firepit. There were beach towels for the hot tub. The host also provided coffee for the coffee maker and laundry detergent for the washer. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent Host! Great House.

The house is exactly as described. We enjoyed our stay and created lasting memories with our sons and granddaughter. The house is clean and well organized. There is plenty to do in the area before the kiddos go off to school; once school starts in the area, however, most of the local attractions are closed during the week. The LBL National Rec area is open and there's a lot to do and see there, but it is a 40 - 75 minute drive depending where you go. The hot tub is amazing. Our 7 y.o. granddaughter was its biggest fan, so we kept the temp at 97. But it was what got her calmed and ready for sleep each evening. Thanks for sharing your amazing home!

Awesome Property

My wife and I stayed here for a couple of nights and used the location as our home base for chasing the eclipse. The owners even provided eclipse themed snacks for us. How thoughtful! Everything was clean and organized. This is the first property I've ever seen that provided both a charcoal grill and a propane grill. We had some rain so didn't take advantage of the fire pit or hot tub but they're definitely great to have. Location was perfect too. Walking distance to the marina where we had dinner. Quiet neighborhood with several deer sightings. Would definitely stay here again if we're ever in the area.

Great rental and great owners!

My husband and I rented this property along with another couple for a weekend boating trip. The house is very clean, has very comfy beds, and owners have it well-stocked for their guests. There is an outdoor fire pit and owners had a little welcome basket on the counter for smores! This home has nice touches not often found in other rentals i.e. coffee, coffee filters. Creamer, condiments, plenty of ice trays, quality paper products (toilet paper and paper towels.) The owner reached out to me after our stay to thank us for staying, and to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. She also asked if we had any recommendations or suggestions of any changes needed for future guests. I honestly couldn't really think of anything else we needed, but i very much appreciated her desire to provide the best for her guests. The homes bedrooms and baths are nicely furnished with plenty of essentials. There are also plenty of comfy pillows. A wonderful stay. We for sure will return to this property!

Hello! My name is Magen and I have lived in Western KY my entire life and absolutely love KY Lake. I am very familiar with the area and am happy to share recommendations and resources with you. My husband and I enjoy "the lake", as we call it, so much that we wanted to provide a nice, clean space with our favorite amenities for others to enjoy as well. My favorite part of hosting on VRBO is interacting with guests to provide a custom experience with every rental. Our home is not just a place to stay, but a lake living, relaxing, paradise that should be enjoyed with friends and family. I look forward to hosting you and providing a great experience!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The neighborhood is my favorite at KY Lake. We are a short walk or golf cart ride to the marina, restaurant and boat rental. A short drive to too many attractions to name, but Patti's, KY Shores and Downtown Paducah Riverfront just to name a few. Our street is right off of the main road to get to Moors which offers more privacy and less traffic, great for walks.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our home provides privacy to guests while still being in the middle of all of the action of KY Lake. Out home offers a hot tub and very nice fire pit area for relaxing as well as a large lawn for activities. Inside, you can play games, cook meals and have all of the amenities of being at your own home.
