Newly Renovated Oceanfront Luxury - Walk to RSM Classic & Steps to Village!
Walking distance to RSM Classic November 20-23! The entire house has been remodeled! We virtually gutted the majority of the house down to the studs. We added a pool, a bunk bedroom that can sleep 8, and a new full bathroom. All new cabinets, flooring and furniture in the entire house. We added a 4-hole putting green by the pool. We are very thankful for a great contractor and interior decorator to make this island oasis a dream come true.
This beach house on SSI is located in the heart of the St. Simons Island Pier Village. It is located 2 blocks from the pier, lighthouse, numerous quaint shops, and restaurants. The Village also hosts many Crafts in the Village, where vendors come to market their local art and handmade items. Be sure to visit the oceanfront Neptune Park Fun Zone, which offers a playground, 18-hole miniature golf course, swimming pool with zero-entry access, water gym, and lap lanes.
Spacious 3-story home with awesome views of the St. Simons Sound, Jekyll Island, and the Sydney Lanier Bridge. Great for watching dolphins play in the water and for capturing beautiful sunsets. There is an elevator with service from the ground floor garage to all three levels. The main living is on the 2nd floor and features a living and dining area with a covered deck overlooking the ocean, a big kitchen with a large island that seats 4, a large kitchen table that seats 12, and a dining room that seats 6.
There are two master suites, one on the first floor with a covered deck providing easy access to the pool with great views of the ocean. The primary master is on the third floor overlooking the ocean, with a private covered balcony, large bath with a separate tub, shower, and walk-in closet. The third and fourth bedrooms located on the third floor share a Jack and Jill full bath. A new bunk bedroom was added to the first floor that sleeps up to 8 people with its own private full bath. This new room allows the house to comfortably sleep 14-16 people. This oasis is the perfect place for a great vacation!
There is an extra fridge and freezer in the garage, along with a wine fridge in the kitchen. The first-floor porch near the pool has everything you will need to enjoy a great time at the pool or for entertaining with an under-the-counter fridge and a large built-in Blackstone grill.
Although this home is oceanfront, please note that beach access is tide-dependent. At high tide, which occurs twice over 24 hours, the beach is mostly inaccessible. Beach access from our home relies on the public access located a few yards from our driveway. Though this is a public access, it is located on a short residential dead-end street that does not receive much traffic.
Please, no smoking in the house and on decks and balconies.
The minimum age to rent is 30, and those under 30 must be accompanied by their parents.
Each rental will receive a starter set of supplies for the dishwasher, washing machine, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, tea, sugar, and creamer. This starter set is for the renters' convenience to be used until they make their trip to the store.
THIS HOME WILL NO LONGER ALLOW ANY PETS OF ANY KIND TO EVER BE ON THE PREMISES. Our daughter has severe allergies and unfortunately, we can't take the risk of her having an allergic reaction. We apologize to those with pets.
This house is located on a small street with several full-time residents nearby. Therefore, we want renters to be respectful of the neighbors.

Kathy and I have been coming to SSI for years and have always enjoyed the quaint village, great restaurants, golfing, and southern hospitality. It took us years to find the right house in the right location to get everything we ever wanted on SSI. We are happy to be able to share our beautiful home, which was professionally decorated by a local designer to give it that southern oceanfront charm. We hope you will be able to create great memories with your family like Kathy and I are looking forward to doing.
Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
Whenever we went to SSI we always found ourselves visiting the village and enjoying all the shops, local restaurants and live bands. However, on busy weekends, we always had a hard time parking. Now we can walk two blocks to the center of the village, and we never have to worry about finding a parking spot or driving after we have enjoyed a few beverages.
Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
Over the years, I've found that an unobstructed view of the water has always allowed me to get into vacation mode as quickly as possible. In the past, it would take me about two days to unwind from my business life and settle into our vacations, and now it takes less than two hours. This also makes my wife happier, and as the saying goes...happy wife, happy life! Not to mention, the new pool also helps.
