This vacation rental accommodates seven guests between four bedrooms and a queen sofa bed in the den.

Comfort awaits with a king bed and wood-burning fireplace in the primary suite. The en-suite primary bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

Sleep soundly in the second and third bedrooms, each outfitted with a queen bed. The fourth bedroom which could double as a private office comes with a twin bed and a desk. The guest bathroom offers a double vanity and a tub/shower combination, while a half bath provides added convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Keep mealtime simple with a cookout on the charcoal grill. Then, dine alfresco at the table for six on the back deck. End the day roasting marshmallows around the wood-burning firepit.

Parking is available for four cars in the driveway. The garage is not available for guest parking.

This home is equipped with four outdoor security cameras two that face the driveway and parking places in front, and two that face the yard and deck in back.

This vacation rental does not come with air-conditioning.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are cameras around the perimeter of the home. These are located at each entry point into the home. They are activated when the unit is vacant.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
