This beautiful four-bedroom home away from home boasts 300 feet of furnished sundecks, a screened porch, and a rooftop deck, perfect for taking in some great views of the sound and ocean.

Indoors, comfy furnishings beckon you to sit back and relax in the comfortable living room while the spacious and well-equipped kitchen will be a haven for any chef to cook up some delicious meals for all to enjoy. The library will be a perfect place to curl up with a book or to write a postcard. The four comfortable bedrooms offer two king beds, two single beds, and a pyramid bed for a variety of restful sleeping options. Two bedrooms are main bedrooms with private baths and access to sundecks. When you've recharged your batteries, have some fun taking a dip in your own refreshing saltwater pool or relax in the hot tub. Lots of TVs, DVD players, stereo/CD player, surround sound, and Playstation 2 will ensure that the young and young at heart are never bored while indoors.

Wireless, high-speed internet is available for your laptop and you'll love being within walking distance to the fishing pier, restaurants, and entertainment. With so much to enjoy and experience, you'll definitely have an amazing vacation when you stay at Out of the Blue!

Awesome place and awesome weather

The property was very convenient for all, us parents, our children and their spouses and our grandkids. Quick walk to beach, so much fun in the pool and easy driving to beach access points. Even went to the cape for a day and truly enjoyed the week

Absolutely worth every penny

I stayed here with my mom and my toddler for a local wedding. It was absolutely perfect. The pool was warm even without the heater on, the hot tub was perfect and the view! It was such a nice and relaxing trip. The house had plenty of space and my toddler loved all the small kids toys for him to play with. Already planning my next trip back!

Impressed

I was very impressed with this property. The location was within walking distance to the beach and not far from shops. If there would be one suggestion to the owner(s), it would be that all bedrooms should have a dresser. The one I was in only had an entertainment center. Aside from that, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.

Numerous issues

We've been coming to the Tri-Villages area for 40+ years and this was our first experience with Vacasa. Quite honestly I prefer the smaller, local rental companies and will rent from one of them in the future. While the views from this house are amazing and the salt water pool was wonderful, we had numerous issues while staying here...from problems with the electronics to bugs! And the beach left a lot to be desired!

We loved this home!

Beautiful house. Super neat & clean. Just a quick walk to a beautiful beach. We had 8 people and there was plenty of room. Unfortunately the rates have gone way up for 2023, so we won’t be booking next year.

Out of the Blue was extremely clean and came with everything we needed. It was nice to see some pool inflatables and small sand buckets. The house is a bike ride away to all of your basic needs. Comfortable home, loved our stay here!

This is a smaller home, basic in furnishings, but super cozy and comfy. My family I enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We also really enjoyed the screen in porch where we ate every evening meal and sat many mornings enjoying a hot cup of coffee. This home has lots of seating and deck space. Easy walk to the beach and the rooftop deck offers great ocean and sound views. Loved the small, quiet cul-de-sac location. The only reason I rated this home a 4 and not a 5 is because the home is in need of a deep clean. Upon first glance at arrival everything looked great. However, there was lots of dust on lamps, TVs, etc. Also not sure the pool was checked midweek as advertised or even cleaned upon our arrival. We saw a gentleman check the hot tub midweek, but that was it. A porch swing under the car port would be a great outdoor addition.

Overall, I was very pleased. It was a very relaxing week. Everything we needed was a short distance away, even an arcade and rock climbing for the younger tenants. We were also able to purchase live crabs to steam and season ourselves in the very ample crab pot provided on the premesis of Out Of The Blue. I was very impressed by the fully equipped kitchen. We liked the beach gear option. Having a kayak and paddle board delivered to the property was such a nice addition. We have been coming to the outer banks for the past 8-9 years.
