A little bit of salt and sunshine can cure just about anything, so let the waters of the Seven Seas wash your worries away! This top-floor, oceanfront condo, perfectly situated in the heart of Rodanthe in the Hatteras High building of the Resort Rodanthe, is only steps from the beach and the Rodanthe Pier, with one of the best views around. Enjoy some time with friends down at the community pool, then head over to the picnic area to take advantage of the provided camp-style grills.

Upon entry, you'll immediately notice the bright and attractive interior dressed in attractive floors and decor. This open floor plan connects the kitchen, the dining room, and the spacious living room, creating one large communal area to gather with your family. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook and serve even the largest bounty from the sea, while the living room features comfortable couches and a TV. You'll love the stunning ocean views you find from the balcony, and the ground-level washer/dryer will keep everyone looking their best during your stay.

There are two bedrooms to choose from. The primary bedroom sits closest to the ocean, featuring a king bed and a private bathroom. The other bedroom is a queen bedroom with a bathroom available just outside the room.

The community pools are typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Dates are subject to change without notice.
Please know that this home is a third-floor walk-up, and there is no elevator in the building.

Perfect art retreat!

This is the 2nd year I've booked this property for this week. Perfect location for this time of year for my intentions! Early sunrise walks, photo shoots of the beach and painting. The hiccup with the cleanliness aspect was resolved by the property manager the day after we arrived,

This place was perfect. Would recommend to everyone. There is a lift for luggage so you don’t have to carry everything up 3 flights of stairs. The only questionable comment I have is this. Why am I required to sweep and mop and vacuum before leaving?

Affordable

Very affordable, nice view of sunrise and sunset. Kitchen meets your needs. But unit could stand for a deep cleaning and spotted several bugs in unit. Other than that would stay there again because of the price.

Painting retreat

Property was wonderful! Communication with online Vacasa folks was not optimal to resolve wifi going down due to maintenance in the building below, but the property manager drove out DURING A STORM! and resolved personally. That's why the 5 stars.

Amazing condo

I can’t put into words how perfect this place is. There’s no healthy restaurants around for miles but if you cook then this place is perfect in every way. There’s no negatives. There’s a luggage lift so you don’t have to use the stairs by carrying everything up to the third floor. Beautiful view gorgeous condo. You’ll regret booking anywhere else.

Nice view, poor cleanliness

We've been coming to OBX for over 15 years and have stayed at Resort Rodanthe and Hatteras High several times. We've never had such poor cleanliness issue.... Dirty towels and used bars of soap in the bathroom, gunk in the kitchen sink, even a few cockroaches. The condo is a nice place, but property management has made this an undesirable renting option for us. Makes me so sad!

Nice place, nice location

The place was clean, well equipped, comfortable, and has a wonderful beachfront location. Can watch the sunrise from the bedroom or deck. Only complaint is disjointed communication with the new property management company. Had to call the corporate office repeated times to get simple help from the local office, who were very helpfu once engaged. Minor thing, but it was annoying a couple of times.

Excellent Jumping Point!

We loved the location and how fast it was to go north or south to great beaches! Be aware it’s a walk up. Comfy furnishing. Nice kitchen. Great deck. Sunrise/sunset views! Love it!

Great view, number of nagging items

Great ocean view with privacy. Large kitchen. Convenient hallway sink. Two sofas. Fluorescent kitchen lights often needed repeated toggling to go on. Screen doors did not slide well and were broken. Cable had no channels and TV had one - no instructions to fix. Building had no elevator, just an outside lift for your stuff. Laundry room on first. Both should have been explained beforehand. Summary: great spot - just have to get past some nagging items

Perfect view

What a spectacular view of this beautiful NC beach area from the third floor balcony! The condo decorated with a beach theme was comfortable and adequate. For early April we were fortunate with sunny and warm weather.. no April showers! A very pleasant week.

Perfect place!

The condo is on the top floor of the building. That’s a lot of stairs, but completely worth it for the great ocean view. The condo was very clean, comfortable, fully stocked and beautifully decorated. It’s located in a quiet part of the island which was perfect for us. Can’t wait to return!
