Oceanfront condo community this is the end unit condo with pool, grill and hot outdoor showers. This unit is on the top floor and has a view of the pool and ocean. Direct beach access via elevator and boardwalk. Saturday check in and check out only Memorial Day through Labor Day. 2 bedroom condo offers a king bed master with private bathroom and a guest room with a queen bed plus a twin bed with direct access to the second bathroom. An open balcony off the living room and master over looks pool and has a great view of the ocean. Sheets are provided, bring your beach and bath towels. Washer and dryer are in the condo. Resort Rodanthe has plenty of room for drying your water sports equipment, a fish cleaning station, outdoor hot showers, and a large parking area.
Resort Rodanthe condo association does not allow guests to bring pets. No smoking allowed in condo or on balcony.

Amazing!

The condo was perfect! It was clean, perfect size for our family, and the views were breath-taking! Only a short walk to the beach and just all around an amazing place to stay!

"The Cape" Was Amazing!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at "The Cape" in Rodanthe, NC. The condo was exactly as advertised and close access to the beach and pool was perfect! We would highly recommend this to any beach-goer and will definitely stay again!

Gorgeous Get-away!

It was a perfect place for two couples or a small family. We loved the balcony and the easy access to the beach. Very friendly community of beach-goers.

Great spot on the Outer Banks

This place was exactly what was advertised. It was clean, well equipped, and a short walk to the beach. The balcony is perfect and the chairs are great, spent a lot of time there! You have everything you need to cook, bake, and serve 10 people. The coffee maker is newer, with a washable filter, so dont buy filters! Having a washer and dryer in the unit is awesome! We were REALLY happy with the location and the owner is SUPER responsive and very nice. Will stay here again!

This has been our third stay at this property and we continue to love it! The property manager couldn't be better responding to any issue we've had. Over the years, it is starting to show a few dings and scratches we hope will be spruced up soon, but still our favorite rental in our favorite community.

Great vacation spot!

We so enjoyed our stay! This is a very spacious, beautifully decorated condo. We enjoyed our meals on the porch where we could see the ocean and enjoy the breeze. The owner did a great job communicating and offering advice to make our stay more enjoyable. Woudl defnitely stay again. Thank you!

Best condo!

I’ve stayed in multiple condos in this building. This one was by far the best. Even the deck furniture was a bonus. Beds very comfortable. Loved top corner unit also. Only suggestion would be handicapped toilets. Had a great week. Beach access and pool excellent! Very responsive owner also.

I am grateful to say this VRBO rental exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was well stocked (even a griddle to cook with!) The location was really great for us, as we prefer less crowds, but easy access to sites. We road the ferry in from Cedar Island and this location was just perfect for our travels. Roy was super helpful and I would gladly stay here again! We loved sitting on the patio furniture and enjoying the ocean views. With comfortable beds, and plenty of living room space, this rental was exactly what we needed for the week! Thank you so much.

Condo was absolutely wonderful. The only complaint from me is the walk to the dumpster for the trash. It was a little far and inconvenient. Maybe should have a few cans closer, esp to throw trash from beaching all day.

Week in Rodanthe

Our stay in “The Cape” at Resort Rodanthe was wonderful, it was everything we were expecting it to be. It was beautifully decorated and had everything you could possibly need. The beach access was so easy as it has a boardwalk right to the sand and having an elevator in our building was a major plus as my husband and I are both in our 70’s. Mr. Rector was very good at keeping us informed and communicating. Hopefully we will be able to return next year. The Schultz’s

Great beach location!

I liked the property, especially its being located right on the beach and with a pool. Big plus was the elevator up to the top floor for this unit. We loved looking out at the beach, pool, RV's next door. I felt like the owner could have been more generous to provide at least a bar of soap and more than literally one roll of toilet paper (for 2 bathrooms to share). But he told us what to expect. Just not what I'm used to at other VRBO's. Also, yes, there were sheets provided, but we had to make the beds ourselves.

Very quiet, and relaxing.

The condo was very nice. I like ti it was stocked with kitchen aplliances, dishes, glasses, pots/pans, and silverware. It was nice to cook, and not have yo spend money out. The views are gorgeous, from the balcony. I love that you can see the ocean on both sides. Our son had a good time fishing, as well. He caught more than he dis when he stayed in Corolla.

It was a very nice condo. Very timely response from owner with any questions we had. We were told to bring towels but I forgot and there is NO place to buy anything but groceries. So don't forget! Very few restaurants open but it was October.

Great for a break!

after all hectic week of traveling, on our way home we decided to stop in OBX For a few days and found this condo on VRBO… Excellent choice, fourth floor, view of the ocean from the deck… Elevator very helpful for carrying all of our stuff up! Condo had everything we needed and was very clean, I was thankful for the heads up on bringing your own towels, just stopped and bought some on the way and picked Up a couple of beach chairs. Communication with Roy was excellent he’s very responsive, and the place was very comfortable! would definitely rent again!!
