Your private patio provides a relaxing view overlooking the Grand River…watch yachts as they sail toward Lake Michigan and enjoy breathtaking sunsets. Your condo is within walking distance to bars, restaurants, and the ever-enjoyable Tiki Bar at the adjacent Holiday Inn with a variety of lawn games and live music.

Beautiful and well thought out vacation rental

We loved our stay, the condo is beautifully decorated and clearly has been well thought out for guests needs while traveling. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect Grand Haven Condo

We stayed at this condo for a week and loved it! It is close to everything in Grand Haven and Spring Lake, and the marina view on the patio can’t be beat. Everything was clean, the host was quick to respond, and we couldn’t ask for more!

In town for a wedding

I am so thankful I found this property. It’s was super clean, great location, and had everything we needed for our stay. The property manager was awesome and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

Very cute place! We really enjoyed our stay. Short drive to Grand Haven. Very clean and comfortable. FYI There was no place in the area to rent bikes, so I would say if you were thinking about biking with your family to bring your children’s bikes.

Perfect for our getaway!

This property’s location is perfect! It is quaint and fully stocked with all the basics. We biked to grand haven to enjoy the coast guard festival. It was just what we needed!

Great Condo

Our stay at this condo in Spring Lake Michigan was wonderful. The condo was very clean and well stocked. All amenities were as listed and worked perfect. The view of the water from the patio was pretty. We were able to use our bicycles and hop on the bike trail right from the condo, and the bike trails were also very nice. Thanks for such nice accommodations!

Grand Haven Getaway

The Condo we stayed in in Grand Haven was the perfect property for our long weekend visit. The unit was exceptionally prepared and clean. The purpose for our trip was to sight see and hike in this part of Michigan, so we did not spend a lot of time in the unit, but I know if we would have, the place would have accommodated us nicely. I would look into staying there the next time we are up in that area again. This is definitely a 5 Star place,

Super cute Condo!

We had an excellent stay! Just the relaxation we needed after our busy wedding week! Conveniently located, just minutes away from the beach, shopping boutiques, restaurants and so much more! We enjoyed beautiful sunset walks around the marina, and the tiki bar located just next door. We will definitely be returning!

Great Stay for a Great Price

The location was great for us; close to restaurants, splash pad, parks, pool, boardwalk along the water and of course Grand Haven. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Really can't beat the price for a gem like this.

Loved My Stay at 113

Ashley's condo was perfect and exceeded my expectations! It is conveniently located to Spring Lake and Lake Michigan with both towns offering unique shopping opportunities and restaurants. I felt completely safe during my stay when in the condo but also out and about for early morning walks and exploring trails and parks. It is also close to my daughter and her family, and we enjoyed being able to visit back and forth. I will definitely return to this lovely condo and all of its conveniences. So comfortable and cute. Ashley has thought of everything one would need during a stay!
