Come enjoy this newly updated condominium in the heart of Downtown Grand Haven. Right outside your door you will find the best shopping boutiques, restaurant’s, unique bars and much more entertainment! This prime location stay is only a short walk from Michigan’s white sandy beaches! Watch our top rated fireworks, nightly musical fountains, and the most luxurious boats travel the channel from your private deck or our rooftop patio! In addition to the two new beds we also have a single sofa sleeper in the living room where we can accommodate a 5 person rental. All bed linens and bath linens are provided. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and utensils- perfect for your vacation stay! Start your morning with a cup of coffee and a walk down the pier to Grand Haven’s breathtaking historic lighthouse.

Overall this was a great property. The location is fantastic for easy access to downtown, with tons of great shopping and food options within walking distance. Check in and out is simple and fast. This was a good property for us having only one child. We would stay here again. Very clean and covered our basic needs.

This condo is a must. Perfect location, quiet, comfortable and clean. The host does an amazing job to ensure a memorable stay. Everything from decor to amenities.-Including a full kitchen, soaps, paper towel,Salt, pepper, Sugar and laundry detergent. If you like fresh grated cheese from a block, you’ll need to bring your own grater. That is such a minimal need, however. We will definitely be back if welcomed back. I did accidentally leave behind a few bags of chips and bread ;) oops! The location is so ideal for evening walks, icecream, food, shopping and the musical fountain. Everything is as advertised and even more- surprise bath bombs for the tub! The location is the best- very, very safe.

Great location for enjoying the social district, about a mile walk to the beach, right across the canal from the musical fountains. Clean, spacious, well equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

Served its purpose

Heart of Grand Haven, across the street & everything walkable. Location-location! What I didn’t expect: getting the fob & check in was complicated, lighting in bathroom wasn’t good, no shampoo, no outside bug candles but an ashtrayI was told the parking numbers didn’t matter & no guest spots for additional people; but had a large note on my windshield the next day-neighbor was gracious clarifying parking. I was told to start laundry & dishwasher but charged cleaning fees-I’m a respectable renter and clean up after myself, took the trash out. No welcome snax or drinks and the view is not river view it’s the side so partial @ the end of the street: def was good to be in the location.

Super Cute

Amazing location! You just walk out the door and you’re in downtown Grand Haven. The shops and restaurants were wonderful. Highly recommend North Beach for young families!Only cons were the pillows are very thin and hard so I’d recommend bringing your own. The AC pipes in the main bedroom were also very loud and rattled all night so we swapped rooms every night to give the other group a good nights sleep.

Great, Spacious & Close to Downtown Waterfront & Dining

Really nicely furnished, easy to walk to all the downtown shops and restaurants. I enjoyed taking a morning walk with my coffee to the water and doing some yoga on the grass on the waterfront. You can take a jog or walk also along the waterfront there’s a beautiful path that runs all the way through downtown area. Hostess is very kind and was great at accommodating my needs.

Great Host - Lovely Condo

Beautiful condo! The building has so much history and beautiful architecture. The balcony and outside space is a great addition. The host, so generous and accommodating! Close to the waterfront, restaurants and shopping. The building has a fourth floor sitting room where you can see the nightly show on the banks of the river. Only downfall, for those who appreciate more quiet space, you can hear activity in adjoining condo and street noise. Otherwise, this is a lovely place to enjoy.

Highly recommend this place to stay!

100% would recommend this spot to family and friends and will plan to stay again in the future! Very close to restaurants and walking distance to many great spots to check out for family fun. We really liked our place, the only thing preventing us from giving a 5 star rating for the cleanliness was some dustiness/dirtiness of the floors, rugs, and under the beds - but everything else 5 stars and again we’d love to come back!

Grand Haven Getaway

Great location and very nice facility. The only observations we might make, to be helpful, is that the furniture isn't ideal (the couch in the living room is uncomfortable) and we couldn't get the light to come on in the living room - maybe there's a trick to where/how the switch works or maybe just that the bulb was out. Very nice stay, overall, though. Thank you. Rudy and Cindy
