Enjoy sunny mornings and afternoons in the high and bright Ginevra apartment in the heart of the desirable Spanish Steps neighborhood. This apartment has THREE that welcome you to enjoy the sun, the stars and the delightful neighborhood.

Location
Right in the heart of the Spanish Steps neighborhood, a 3 minute walk to the famous Piazza di Spagna, 6 minutes to the Trevi fountain, easy walking all over the city. The street has shops to enjoy and several restaurants.

Interior
Sunlight in the mornings and evenings fill the apartment. The three balconies are off of the front rooms and overlook the street. A bistro table and chairs invite you to enjoy coffee or cocktails in this very Roman of locations.

The living and dining room area has a special style with a three cushion sofa, and arm chair.

The glass dining table seats six. An antique bureau and an antique desk hold dishes and serving items.

The pleasant, small kitchen is well equipped with Nespresso machine, washing machine, dishwasher, under counter refrigerator, and microwave. The room is filled with light from large windows that look across the courtyard and roofs. There is a pantry behind the kitchen in the little hall that leads to the full bathroom as well as a broom closet.

Opening the balcony doors and the kitchen windows allows air to flow through the apartment, which is a nice feature in the warm months.

Bedrooms
Adjoining the living room is a study/bedroom (no door) that serves both functions well with a queen sized bed, ample closets and a well-lit desk. This room has one of the three balconies. The double bed is 140 cm x 200 cm (55" x 79"). The room is open to the living room, it does not have it's own A/C unit, but shares the air conditioner that serves both living room and study/bedroom. Because the front bedroom does not get direct air conditioning it might not be cool enough for some guests.

The master bedroom faces the internal courtyard, thus quiet for those who are unused to city sleeping. It is small and has clothing hook system on the wall behind the door. If you are traveling light, the rack behind the door plus the antique 4-drawer bureau may be adequate for your clothing. Additional closet space is in the front study/bedroom. The queen bed 148 cm x 200 cm (58" x 79"). It has a standalone A/C unit that is vented through the window.

Directly across from the half bath is a room with a double sized sofa bed. A set of windows facing the inner courtyard. This internal facing room does not get direct sun and has a fan since it does not have air conditioning. It will stay somewhat naturally cool in summer, but during the hottest months the lack of A/C will be a drawback for anyone sleeping in this room.

Bathrooms
There are one and a half bathrooms. The full bath has a large tub with shower over, toilet, bidet, sink. A glass panel was added as a baffle for the spray since these photos were taken.

Just past the master bedroom is a half bath with a sink and toilet.

Check in 5pm-8pm, by appointment. Check out by 10am.

Late check in 8pm-10pm (€50 fee), only possible with advance arrangement. Fee must be paid in cash on arrival to greeter. No check ins after 10pm.
