Cabin was exactly as described and communication with the host was always an easy process. Loved all the extras for our dog and bonus that we saw a bear on the roadway just below the cabin.

This was the best cabin to take our fuzzy family member! Our fuzzy family member and the rest of my family felt right at home, our entire stay. Our host was very informative and helpful! Lots to do local with your fuzzy family member as well; Gatlinburg trail, UTV rides, and the island!

Awesome quiet property exactly as advertised (if not better). I had missed on original post that the even have EV charging. Definitely designed for human AND fur baby comfort. Great place, hosts were awesome and communicated very well throughout the stay.

The cabin was beautiful and close to Pigeon Forge while feeling like we were away from the noise and traffic. Eric was great at responding to my messages. Kiera, our pup was welcomed there which was a huge plus.

The host is really great! Excellent communication and actually eager to make sure your stay is going well. The Cabin is gorgeous and the hot tub is a nice addition. Property is close to a lot of activities and attractions. Would definitely recommend the Freedom Creek Hideaway!

Would recommend this cabin to anyone! The cabin is beautiful, everything was so tidy and clean. The host was fantastic and very informative. The location of the cabin is fantastic and very close to the major attractions. And the bed.. most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in! I’m ready to come back just to relax in the hot tub get a good nights sleep in that bed! lol Very pet friendly, equipped with a dog crate, food and water bowls, and a pet waste container outside. Perfect place to stay with our pup! We will definitely be back!

The cabin itself was great. Especially the kitchen. The host answered quickly. However, we took our dog with us since I saw that the stay was pet friendly. Pet friendly, not so much. I received a surprise fee of 175 for a two night stay! I could have boarded my dog for 75. Apparently I didn't read everything in the agreement. I thought all was included in the first payment I sent. My poor girl didn't have anywhere to walk to for exercise. We are in our 60's and walking up and down steep hills any direction you walked made it very difficult for us and the dog.

Regarding the pet fee, it is clearly listed in the property description and communicated again directly to guests after booking. I encourage all guests to read the full listing details to avoid any surprises.
