Bungalow located in historic district. This 100 year old home has been completely renovated with attention to detail. Warm, cozy, and coastal would describe the feel of this adorable home. Large fire pit to enjoy and within walking distance to farmer market, downtown canal street and many restaurants and bars. Plenty of room to park boat or RV. public boat ramp 2 minutes away.
January- March 2025 is $6000 per month

Beautiful Beach Cottage & Great Host!

Our family has a great time at this cottage during spring break. The host made us feel like we were at home and provided all the amenities we could possibly need for our stay. We'll definitly be back again....and again!

Beautiful July 4th a d birthday cerebration

This is a beautiful and very cozy place . It was very clean and welcoming. I would love to visit again . I had a great time and it was only 5- minutes from the beach. I really had a great time . The host really made this experience special. Thank you Miss Janet.

Great stay in an adorable bungalow.

A very clean and beautifully appointed bungalow. It came with all the amenities we needed. As soon as we came in the door we felt a light, friendly, and welcoming energy. We had a wonderful time. Quiet, safe neighborhood and conveniently located near beaches, restaurants and things to do.

Exceptional Stay!

Everything about our stay at this property was amazing! Janet was an incredible host! The house is quaint, modern, and clean. We will definitely stay here again! Our only wish was that our visit would have been for vacation rather than a family funeral. This property is so well maintained, that we would stay here again instead of any other hotel, B and B, etc. Thank you so much for making our time here so comfortable! 5 STARS!!!

Great location

My husband and I stayed here for three nights with another couple. It is such an adorable bungalow. Janet decorated and supplied every room with such nice detail. Everything needed for an enjoyable stay was there! It was also very clean and well maintained inside and out. It is conveniently located to restaurants and beaches. Just a short ride in a golf cart gets you to everything you are looking for in a quaint but lively beach town. We will definitely keep this on our list of places to stay again! Thanks, Janet, for making our stay so nice!

Ladies yearly retreat

This property was just lovely. It is clean, well stocked and pretty. We couldn’t think of a thing we needed that wasn’t provided. Our communication with the owner was seemless and she was quite attentive. We ladies go once a year on a vacay together and we had a great visit. Lots of great shopping and restaurants and the beach was idyllic. Definitely worth renting the golf cart for around town and beach driving!!

Everything was great and as advertised. Not a fan of the train coming by multiple times everyday but that is not something that can be changed.

Great location and lots of space!

The owner/host was very helpful and responds right away to questions. She's very cordial and made my family feel very welcomed. The house was very clean! The kitchen has everything we needed, and well stocked. It's also worth mentioning that the house is well decorated and the host has great taste. The yard is great, especially if you have a pet to walk - larger than most comparable homes nearby. I believe all of the mattresses are new - We all slept very well. The bathrooms are very nice, plenty of towels, and good water pressure in the showers. Regarding the location, it's on a quiet street and only a 5 minute drive to the beach or local shops. I recommend eating at the Blackbeard Inn around the corner – great food, service, and value.
