New Moonstone Beachfront Escape

Whether you are planning a peaceful couple’s getaway or an active family vacation, this is a wonderful direct oceanfront home on popular Moonstone Beach for you to enjoy. Spectacular180-degree views of the Pacific Ocean & Coastline that surrounds this 3 bedroom; 2 bath home. Renovated, new LVP wood look floors, primary bathroom updated tile, tub, vanities, etc. The living area faces the sea, capturing white water, full ocean, boardwalk, and sunset views. The front deck overlooks the Boardwalk, the ocean and has a BBQ on the deck too. A family room on the first floor provides space for families to spread out and relax. Gaze at people surfing, enjoying the boardwalk, and even passing whales when the season is right. This home is within walking distance to dinner at Sea Chest or Moonstone Beach Bar & Grill, or just a short 2 blocks to the West Village. Close by is Leffingwell Landing, Tidepools, Elephant Seals, Lighthouse, Hearst Castle, and the beach. You may even spot some migrating whales! Shamel Park (with a swimming pool and children’s play area) is close by as well. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, pans, and small appliances for those who like to cook. Bring your laptop and use the free Wi Fi. A washer and dryer are also available for your use. If you are looking for direct beach access, comfort, beautiful views, sunsets, and relaxation, this is the place. Sorry, No Pets. No Smoking. Construction next door may be ongoing.

The house has many stairs in case that’s an issue for you, our group had some bad knees. The furniture was comfortable, but outdoor furniture needs an update,(rusting). Could not get the TV to work?? Great kitchen to work together in but very lacking in supplies no large frying pan. Overall would definitely come back.

Perfect stay right on the beach

We were a group of 6 adults and we stayed here for 3 nights. The house is located right on Moonstone Beach and has beautiful views. It was well stocked in the kitchen and there were plenty of towels. Overall it was a perfect place to stay!

Best location in Cambria

This our second time we stay in this property. We love everything about it: Location, view, amenities, the gentle sound of the waves, the morning view and feel and the sunsets. we love to sit on the balcony with our coffee or meal and just watch. We love to just cross the street to walk on the boardwalk.Very serene and a great place to relax and unwind. See you next year!

Excellent views across the street from the beach!

House was as described with perfect, stunning views of the beach and ocean! There are 14 stairs to get to the main floor with 2 of the 3 bedrooms, kitchen and fabulous views. The home was immaculate. We would stay again for the views alone, but for our group, all of us over 65, the stairs, especially on arrival with luggage, was challenging.

Wonderful location

We really enjoyed this home. The location was beautiful. We had everything that we needed for our stay six adults. The only issue to be aware of is that there is construction occurring next-door. They started between 6:45 and 7:45 each morning. The house is still in the framing stage. So this will be occurring for quite a while.

Reviewer Comments: I have rented from Scenic Coast for years with much overall success.This rental was new on the market and it is not quite ready for Seniors.There is a large house next door under construction. Noise begins at 7:00 am. Advice should be given to rentersThe shower upstairs needs some kind of handrail and a caddy. The bed downstairs has a broken frame under the mattress. Kimberly was wonderful in assisting with the WiFi outage the first day.The location and views are wonderful. We used the kitchen extensively and found it adequate. All of our comments are made in the hope of improving the rental.

Never ending enjoyment

This is our go to place to stay in Cambria. We have stayed here several times and there has never been a disappointment. The beach right across the street to the quaint little town that seems to always give us something new every time we come. Always clean and comfortable.

Amazing views in a spacious, clean home

This is our second stay at the house, and we love the proximity to the moonstone beach boardwalk and amazing views of the ocean. Plenty of space and a kitchen large enough to make full meals in. Gorgeous property!

Wonderful Stay

The panoramic view, proximity to the boardwalk and beach made for a great experience. The house was very clean, quite spacious, and well equipped. Comfortable seating in the living room takes advantage of the view. Bring your own personal care items and toiletries. Would love to return.

Vacay in May

This was our first ever to rent a home for vacay with friends. The location just beautiful. The balcony overlooking Moonstone Beach and listening to the waves was peaceful. The home has steps so it's a little hard on our knees but has handrails that provided safety for us older folks. Well equipped kitchen for cooking with friends. Very clean and neat home. Would certainly stay there again.
