Un magnifique Sorento

Cette beauté de la terrasse marine se trouve sur la rue Lampton à quelques pas du parc Lampton en bord de mer et de l'accès à la plage. La maison est joliment décorée avec votre confort à l'esprit. La cuisine entièrement meublée comprend des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable ... ainsi qu'une vue sur l'océan depuis la fenêtre de la cuisine. Vue sur l'océan également depuis le salon et la chambre principale. Il y a deux foyers au gaz pour ces soirées fraîches… un dans le salon et un dans la chambre principale. En plus des chambres, il y a un bureau séparé au cas où des appels de travail pendant votre séjour. Si vous êtes à la recherche de confort, de belles vues et de détente ... c'est l'endroit qu'il vous faut.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a very comfortable stay at this home. We have stayed at quite a few vacation homes in Cambria. This one had the best location as it had a great view of the ocean and was a two block walk to an perfect viewing area of the waves. It was also walking distance to the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve Trail Head.

My family and I have been coming to Cambria for almost 2 decades and Marina Terrace is absolutely our favorite. We enjoyed the inside of fhis house immensely. It is spacious and clean. I enjoyed sitting inside looking at the view of the ocean almost everyday. If I can have one critique, it would be the crowded deck. Also, the outside needs some TLC, but that did not effect the enjoyment inside this great house. We would love to come back again.

Management company is efficient with paperwork. No-contact checkin works well and reliably since we arrive when office is closed. Will be back as soon as we can!

This property was already in an ideal location as my Wife grew up coming to his very neighborhood to visit her grandfather before he passed. The home was spacious, well kept, and had everything we needed for our stay. The property is managed by a management company which was easy to use but i did have to go to a seperate location to sign additional paperwork and collect keys/garage door opener. Aside from that which skme may consider a very minute inconvenience, they were easy to deal with and for me did not detract from our stay. Would definitely consider bookong again!

Very clean property and ocean views from living room

We stay in VRBO properties often and this was the cleanest one I've ever been to! We actually saw a whale spout while sitting in the living room looking down the street towards the ocean. The neighborhood is very quiet. Property company was pleasant to communicate with. You do have to go into town to get your house keys from a lockbox. Beds were comfortable. The two twin beds not pictured are trundle style but my girls found the beds comfortable. Would stay here again.

It’s a nice quiet neighborhood, beautiful ocean view, and the Ranch walk just blocks away. The living room has very comfortable leather couches, and kitchen had everything we needed. The only negative was the outside really needs some upkeep. Otherwise it was very clean and well kept inside.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was fully ready for our arrival. The rooms were nicely furnished and spacious for our needs. The kitchen was nicely featured with mostly adequate appliances and equipment. A wider array of drinking and wine glass options would be an improvement.The auto lighting set up was a pain as lights kept going on and off as we moved about the hall and lower floor. The pre-set heating was not appreciated as it came on when not needed at times.The biggest disappointment was the small upper deck with just two seats. We were four guests. So we went and bought 2 fold up chairs at $40 so we all could enjoy the ocean views from that upper deck.

Nearby walking trails along the bluff were nice. Deer and wild turkeys were sighted several times. We would definitely stay again. Only suggestions would be to make key access available at the house rather than in town and deal with contract signing electronically.

August in Cambria

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spend at least one week in Cambria every August to escape the heat of living in the Desert. This year we chose to be closer to the ocean and Fiscalini Ranch Preserve. Many days of our stay are typically spent walking the ranch path along the ocean to Moonstone Beach and beyond. Cambria Village is a daily trek or drive to shop and eat in one of their many fine restaurants. Visiting the nursery across from the Cambria Pines Lodge is also a yearly stop. Our rental was in a very convenient location for what we do while in Cambria. It was very comfortable and suited our needs completely.
