Cette beauté de la terrasse marine se trouve sur la rue Lampton à quelques pas du parc Lampton en bord de mer et de l'accès à la plage. La maison est joliment décorée avec votre confort à l'esprit. La cuisine entièrement meublée comprend des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable ... ainsi qu'une vue sur l'océan depuis la fenêtre de la cuisine. Vue sur l'océan également depuis le salon et la chambre principale. Il y a deux foyers au gaz pour ces soirées fraîches… un dans le salon et un dans la chambre principale. En plus des chambres, il y a un bureau séparé au cas où des appels de travail pendant votre séjour. Si vous êtes à la recherche de confort, de belles vues et de détente ... c'est l'endroit qu'il vous faut.

Very clean property and ocean views from living room

We stay in VRBO properties often and this was the cleanest one I've ever been to! We actually saw a whale spout while sitting in the living room looking down the street towards the ocean. The neighborhood is very quiet. Property company was pleasant to communicate with. You do have to go into town to get your house keys from a lockbox. Beds were comfortable. The two twin beds not pictured are trundle style but my girls found the beds comfortable. Would stay here again.

Cambria vacation with the family

Also the light in stairwell was on a motion censers made it very convenient. We also used the washer and dryer which was nice to have.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our 4 night stay at this comfortable home in the marine terrace area! It’s a nice quiet neighborhood, beautiful ocean view, and the Ranch walk just blocks away. The living room has very comfortable leather couches, and kitchen had everything we needed. The only negative was the outside really needs some upkeep. Otherwise it was very clean and well kept inside.

Parkside Home near to shoreline.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was fully ready for our arrival. The rooms were nicely furnished and spacious for our needs. The kitchen was nicely featured with mostly adequate appliances and equipment. A wider array of drinking and wine glass options would be an improvement.The auto lighting set up was a pain as lights kept going on and off as we moved about the hall and lower floor. The pre-set heating was not appreciated as it came on when not needed at times.The biggest disappointment was the small upper deck with just two seats. We were four guests. So we went and bought 2 fold up chairs at $40 so we all could enjoy the ocean views from that upper deck.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a short 2 night visit and wish we had more time. The house was clean and comfortable. Nearby walking trails along the bluff were nice. Deer and wild turkeys were sighted several times. We would definitely stay again. Only suggestions would be to make key access available at the house rather than in town and deal with contract signing electronically.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spend at least one week in Cambria every August to escape the heat of living in the Desert. This year we chose to be closer to the ocean and Fiscalini Ranch Preserve. Many days of our stay are typically spent walking the ranch path along the ocean to Moonstone Beach and beyond. Cambria Village is a daily trek or drive to shop and eat in one of their many fine restaurants. Visiting the nursery across from the Cambria Pines Lodge is also a yearly stop. Our rental was in a very convenient location for what we do while in Cambria. It was very comfortable and suited our needs completely.

A Piece of Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a beautiful home and location! Clean, comfortable, and LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!! This home is about 100 yards from the water’s edge. Not only will you catch a gorgeous sunset just by looking out the window, but you might catch a glimpse of dolphins and other marine life. Beds are very comfortable, as is the couch. The kitchen has enough stuff for basic meal making. We were very pleased with our stay and will stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay

This was a well equipped, well located, very clean property. We could walk to the bluffs and Fiscalini Ranch Preserve to watch the wildlife. It was a 10 minute drive into Cambria and the other beach areas. We had a great stay.

Family trip to Pacific Coast

We were very satisfied with our stay. The house was stocked well for everything we needed & beds were very comfortable. We liked how close we were to the beach too. Enjoyed watching the little deer walking around & through the yards & the hummingbirds around the plants. Wish we could of stayed longer!

Great House Near the Water!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased with this rental home. The location was a couple of blocks from the coastline. The view from the house is minimal but the walk is short. The house itself is a great quality and set up. Worked well for two couples because the two bedrooms with queen or king beds were on different levels so there is privacy. We will happily return to this house in the future.

Just a block away from the beach - beautiful!

The house is very nice and the view was great. We loved the deer walking all around. It sleeps 6 yet only 2 wine glasses or a set of any other glasses! Not enough kitchen towels and no apron. Knives were dull. Charcoal BBQ wasn't great and we had to ask if we needed to bring briquets and lighter fluid-yes you do. Had to buy a lighter. Porch is VERY SLIPPERY when wet. Showers slow draining. Deck had bird poop everywhere,. Feet on chairs kept falling off. Could use ceiling fans. Communication with property mngmt was poor. They didn't answer 2 of my emails. Wash the windows!

Not one firecracker noise and a very peaceful and relaxing vacation . It was great being so close to the ranch . The house is perfect and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable

The location was close to the beach and the reserve with a great walking trail above the beach. Our living room had an ocean view that was stupdendous. The property was clean and well-maintained. The management company was most responsive to our needs of changing dates. Great restaurants were within a 10 minute drive max. I would and have recommended this property and management company to both friends and family. We were very satisfied with our stay. 5 +

Marine Terrace House

I was pleasantly surprised. Great location. Home is well kept but nothing on the walls. My only complaint is the fireplace in the living room did not work. A handyman was promised and never showed up.
