Our spacious apartment features a gourmet kitchen, 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom, living/dinning room, laundry room (with Ironing board and clothes iron). Our kitchen is fully equipped with quality kitchen utensils, plates, coffee maker, and many more items you will find useful. Our bedrooms are spacious and features large closet space. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, high quality white towels, body wash and shampoo.

Nice inside but property is sketchy

Had to dodge multiple homeless people and a prostitute to get in the door. Once we got in, a homeless person had somehow bypassed the keypad lock and taken a dump in the hall. Inside the apartment was nice but it was worrisome to see the door had obviously been pried open before because there was lots of wood and paint missing around the latch. Not sure what the owners can do about most of it, but inside, I would just suggest a better stocked kitchen. There were no hot pan holders, no baking sheet, no pizza cutter, etc. Everything else inside was nice.Overall, a cute place but I wouldn't suggest for a single female or Mom and kids.

Inaccurate Description of Property

The description of this property indicates that there are 2 distinct bedrooms plus the curtained off bed area and that it sleeps 8. This is not true. There is only 1 bedroom plus the curtained off area and it only sleeps 4. I have been trying to address this with the property manager and host, but I am never speaking to the same person and am getting no relief. I have been told that it is a "copy and paste error" but they have not responded to my request for remuneration for their error. This is clearly an issue as the unit neither fit the description nor met the needs of our party, resulting in us having to relocate.

Great view, clean and nice overall, but lacking in some advertised amenities.

First - the rental unit was as expected, very clean and had the great view of reunion tower that we wanted for the new years fireworks show. The inside had enough towels and kitchen supplies, but only had enough blankets for the two beds.They offered an air mattress which was great to keep our arguing teens apart, but lacked additional sheets and bedding for it. One of the bedrooms is actually just an area in the living room that is shut by pulling curtains closed. When we arrived we learned the curtains don’t really block out much light so the kids ended up waking up super early with the sun. Since we had very late nights on this trip, the early morning wake ups were not ideal. Keep that in mind if you plan to use this bedroom area. Other than the view, the other main reason for booking this property was the advertised amenities that included a common area and game room downstairs.Our plan was to hang out during the day with family and let the kids use all of the game room activities. The first day we arrived on a Thursday- and decided to check out the game room. We found that the pool table and skee ball table were usable, but the rest of the games were missing needed items. Nevertheless we were going to spend Sunday (new years eve day) in the game room- only to find it Padlocked. The building owners blamed our hosts for not telling us it would be locked (even during the day) over the new years holiday weekend. The hosts just blamed the owners. It was frustraiting.
