If you're looking for a dirty room, a sketchy location, zero parking, and a ghost for a host... you’ll have to look somewhere else, because this place was fantastic.In reality, this place exceeded all expectations. The room was spotless, and honestly, the photos online don't even do it justice. The location is ideal, and having valet parking available was a huge stress-reliever. On top of that, the breakfast was such a great perk to wake up to.Everything was seamless, and we would absolutely love to stay here again!

The AC was very cold when there was record heat outside. Police knocked on the door to issue an eviction notice for nonpayment of rent, dated weeks after our stay so didn’t affect us. Check-in was easy, entry codes were delivered on time, and worked well. Air mattress that was promised never showed up after several messages back and forth. Included breakfast and instructions on how to obtain it were very good. Both bed mattresses were upside down (hard bottom of non-flippable mattress facing up, so we flipped them back ourselves). Valet parking worked exactly as expected any time we needed it. We were charged 30 for damaging three bath towels, no photos of the damage. Great location for our needs, we walked to several great coffee shops. These are the pros and cons of my experience with the AmyFineHouse rental.

The unit itself was great! The elevator in the building was not able to keep up with the amount of volume and wait times exceeded 10 minutes at times. Very close to convention center and restaurants!

Great location

Loved the property. View was amazing. Overall fantastic place. The only challenge was valet. They were continually backed up. The hot water would run out with four of us showering back to back.

Nice Unit But….

The unit was very nice, clean, and well stocked with all of the expected household essentials. The listing stated valet parking was included however the valet service was full and I had to find and pay for offsite parking. I messaged the property manager regarding the parking and didn’t receive a response which was disappointing. The general areas of the building had a strong smell of marijuana and Febreeze on two of our three nights stay. The outside area of the property and surrounding area is littered with trash and has an over abundance of homeless people sleeping on the sidewalks. Additionally, only one of the three elevators was operational which caused upwards of 30 minute wait times for the one functioning elevator.

We also regret the inconvenience caused by the elevator situation and the condition of the surrounding areas. While some factors are beyond our control, we will communicate your concerns to building management to advocate for improvements. The homeless population is an issue across all down town metropolis, due to this the building has increased security 24 hours of the day, the building management has also installed security cameras at different points. we have never add an issue with the homeless persons, we across the city hall which attracts them for money, food and clothes. we take our guest feedback seriously and we are going to address every complaint.
