Great place to stay with multi families with young children

Had what you needed, lots of activities to keep kids busy. Very clean. Easy to book. Host was very quick and easy to work with. Lots of stuff to do in the area. Would definitely reccomend to others going to Scottsdale area.

Perfect for all ages!

This house has it all. Comfortably slept 9 adults and 2 teenagers, with a resort like backyard and in a great neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

Spring break reunion

Our family met up for a spring break family reunion and we couldn’t be happier. The property was great for our whole family, kids to teens to adults. The location was great for shopping, baseball games, and a walking path. Such a great place to stay! We are looking forward to returning

Fun Family Week

Our family of three generations had a wonderful week at this property. So many fun activities available for everyone. A favorite was the pickleball courts with flood lights so we could play after dark. Owners were very responsive to questions and requests.

Ideal for families

This property was a great spot to gather for 4 generations of family celebrating our college graduate. It’s outside of Phoenix, but still within easy driving distance to GCU. There was plenty to keep the kids busy for the three days we were there. We never felt like we had to entertain them with something else, which gave adults a good opportunity to visit and enjoy themselves.

We stayed for my wife’s 40th and we had the best time. So much to do. The host were so great and responsive to anything we needed help with. Would for sure come again.

Fantastic Location and Backyard

The property was fantastic! The backyard was very nice with plenty of activities to do. The house was spacious and the kitchen had a large fridge that made it easy to cook for a large group. Highly recommend

Family Vacation

Great location and lots for kids to do. Very pricey stay so I honestly expected a little better. Needs some side tables for lounge chairs near pool. No plastic cups to take out to pool- only glass Lots of ants near pool lounging area as well as bees near waterfall of pool. One of the adults got stung while in pool Picture shows floats in pool but there were none so we ended up buying some for kids. (there were pool noodles) Soccer net was ripped on bottom- easy fix Very cool in evenings for the time of year, so a couple of patio heaters near outside dining would take care of that. Inside dining area only sat 8 so we ate most dinners outside even though was chilly. TV in main room needs to be lowered substantially. So high you have to strain your neck. Hot tub was not very clean when we got there but after a phone call it was taken care of right away. As others have mentioned there is something wrong with plumbing in ensuite. Smell was very bad until they poured bleach down the drains. 3 washer and dryers came in very handy and kids loved the little hidden games area. Elderly mom left a bridge on bedroom night table or perhaps fell on the floor yet even after contacting property manager, cleaning crew must have just thrown it out instead of making an effort to have this pricey item returned. Everyone enjoyed the space but honestly considering the high rental price we paid, with a few improvements this place would have rated a 5.

Scottsdale 2024

There were 13 in our party ages 4 to 63. The back yard offered everything that our adult kids and grandkids could have imagined. There was never an "I'm bored" it was the opposite - pickle ball, tennis, basketball, putting green, swimming, hot tub and lots of chairs for relaxing in the sun. The only thing I would mark down is the kitchen is not really equipped if you want to make meals - no baking dishes, no larger skillets and the oven is European and the cookie sheet pans barely fit. We also asked the host given 3 of the burners are not working would you consider offering a crock pot and electric skillet. We got a yes from the host but it was never provided. Given the large number of us it was not feasible to eat out every meal. This aside we have lots of memories and comments from all that the trip will be remembered for a long, long time. Thank you!
